Bedrosian is absolutely fabulous to work with! I had 4 Oriental rugs that needed cleaning and had dog urine stains on them. Someone recommended Bedrosian, and I am so glad they did!! Stephanie took my initial call. She was delightful and knowledgeable. Email confirming the quote came within 24 hours of Bedrosian picking up all the rugs. The price was incredible in comparison to other vendors I had contacted. The gentlemen returning the rugs were great too. I had a few pieces of furniture that needed to be moved and they were more than helpful. The rugs look absolutely amazing!!! What an amazing difference!. Thank you Bedrosian! We had a flood in our basement because of the remnants of Ida and the outdoor pool overflowing into our basement. Our area rugs were saturated and needed to be removed asap. I called Bedrosian and they arrived the same day of my call with an extractor truck to remove the water from the rugs and pads before they could be picked up and removed for cleaning, etc. Outstanding service from an outstanding company and my wife and I would recommend no other company in the area for your carpeting/cleaning needs, especially of oriental rugs of value. The help who arrived at our house, on this occasion and in the past, bar none, the absolute best.

I have used the services of Bedrosians for years.....cleaning valuable family rugs. Dropped off rug to be cleaned and pet deoderizer. Picked up rug and unrolled it. Strong pet smell odor. Reached out by phone and email. Myself and then husband. No response to request for possible re-cleaning. Very disappointed and service was expensive
