We have been going to Berkeley Auto Service for 20 years and have always been treated with respect. He handles our sedan and our pick-up truck with equal skil. Chet and his crew do what they say they are going to do, get the repair right the first time, and dont try to oversell services. Chet, the owner, is an honest, hardworking business person. You are always treated with respect and not made to feel inferior like some shops due to your lack of car knowledge. They are not pushy or intimidating either when it comes to service. SUPER customer service and turnaround time. I got a tire pressure light on. I checked all four tires and found no issue. First thing next morning I Took the car to Berkeley Auto. They gladly helped and found low tire pressure in my spare tire in the trunk. They patiently explained the issue to me as well. All that for $0 charge. I’ve serviced my car there before but didn’t expect free consultation and prompt service this time around. Thank you so much!
