My wife goes here a lot. Always complains about scheduling

I made an appointment and unfortunately that day I had to take a family member to the hospital and was not able to make this appointment. I did reschedule the appointment for a few later until I saw my credit card was charged $111 for the appointment. This is insane. I am a dentist and don’t charge over 100 dollars to patients that cannot make their appointments. Things come up the day of, this is terrible for a franchise to do. But that’s the problem with trying to go to a chain. Be aware, these places do not care if you have an emergency the day of your appointment and will charge you full fee even if you rebook. Because of this, I will not be trying this place at all.

The most unprofessional horrible staff I’ve ever dealt with.. I had. A job interview here and have a leg tick which causes my right leg to shake. The woman who is apparently affiliated with branchburg as well literally said “ can you stop making the chair spin I’m going to throw up while her assistant associate laughed in my face. Embarrassing and I should’ve walked out. So beyond arrogant

This place is a disgrace. I booked an appointment a month in advanced and 4 hours before my appointment they have to cancel it. They then offer me services which I did not want and had the nerve to tell my friend who also had an appointment that I was nasty on the phone because I didnt want what they offered. They tried to reschedule my time and failed at that as well. Terrible customer service and management. AVOID

I was very happy with my massage here. I felt like this was the first time that I filled out paperwork based on what I like in a massage and the staff listened and took time to make the massage amazing. I had Robin and she was WONDERFUL. She listened to what I asked her to focus on and was extremely professional. I will defiantly be back and I would definitely recommend booking an appointment with her. The woman at the desk was also very nice!

If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment with him, Juan is the best in the business. Also worth noting is how consistently pleasant the experience is if Amber is at the front desk checking you in and out. She’s so kind and personable and professional. Sometimes I get some anxiety about coming to massage envy because there are certain people who continually try to push you into services you don’t need or want and refuse to take “no thank you” as an answer. This sometimes makes me not want to even come in because I know I’m going to be hassled at some point. However, Amber does her job by offering services and being very clear and open about what is available and recommended, but she has the tact and professionalism to not ever bully anyone. I recently had to reveal private information regarding fertility treatments because I could not get this woman to take my polite refusal of a package for an answer. It was a breath of fresh air to walk in tonight and know that Amber would never put me in that position. Juan and Amber for the win!

Massage Therapist Colin Walters is one of the best therapist in this area. He is very professional. You tell him the area that hurts the most and your sure to walk out after your session feeling 95 to 💯 better then you did before you walked in. You have never had a GOOD massage until you have been touched by Massage Therapist COLIN WALTERS

Do not do business with this franchise. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group. As a member for a long time with two accounts, I would expect to be treated better. Crystal is the most arrogant person to deal with, and would not put me in touch with the owner Ann who said she would handle the issue. My accounts were being charged month after month, even when I called repeatedly telling them to stop. After speaking to multiple people that promised the issue was handled, The owner Ann said she would freeze my account because I moved and did not have a location near me to use up my paid membership in excess of $1000. FYI... which I lost because the owner never processed the paperwork and the new manager would not allow me to speak with the owner about it. This location should be shut down. Go to hand and stone... do not do business with this organization unless you want to be scammed out of money. I give it zero stars.

Laura Hill is a wonderful masseuse. I look forward to seeing her every month and he has greatly improved my neck and shoulder pain. Dont know what Id do without her. Only issue is that everyone loves her and she books up fast! I wish Massage Envy had 20 Lauras. Ive tried out a bunch of other masseuses over the past 2 years and she is by far my favorite. As far as the facilities, its always clean and the front attendants are friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed every minute. It was a gift but I will definitely return and gladly pay for these services!

I did not have a good experience. The masseuse was very unskilled and unreceptive to feedback regarding my needs during the massage. Nice facility nonetheless and perhaps there are better therapists than mine.

I never write reviews but I had to based on what happened this past weekend. I was scheduled for a facial at 8am and then a massage at 9. The receptionist checked me in as soon as I walked in and asked if I would like to check out as well (my big mistake). At 8:30 I stopped her to ask when my facial was going to begin and she said that there was an issue and that the esthetician was sick. I asked if there was anyone else and she said no. So I sat there for 30 minutes before being told that the service that I checked in (and out for) wouldn’t be happening. To make it worse, when I left, I asked her to please be sure to remove the facial from my account. She said that she couldn’t and only ‘Ann’ could fix it and assured me that Ann would call on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I have not heard from anyone.

Sity is such an amazing front desk person. She helped me get my membership set up and she was able to confidently recommend massage therapists who would meet my needs. I had my first massage with Juan and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I prebooked my next 2 appointments on Sitys suggestion because of how booked he gets and I can see why he is always booked.

The staff here is very nice and my massage is always excellent.

We have been Massage Envy, Berkeley Heights, NJ members for years. We wanted to cancel and utilize our accumulated 16 hours of unused massage time (for which we have been paying for years). They did not cancel membership over last 2 months, despite our chats with multiple reps each of them verbally confirming it is handled. Another new manager (Crystal) has today canceled the membership but refuses to honor the accumulated 16 hours of unused massage time, when we booked a massage time. She has been extremely arrogant and unprofessional and in fact threatened us on phone.Attention Joe Magnacca, CEO, Massage Envy. @jmagnacca. Your profile on Massage Envy corporate Website mentions ....his experience in the franchise business drives him to tirelessly demand Massage Envy’s services are delivered by franchisees with the highest standards of integrity and professionalism...This experience with Massage Envy, Berkeley Heights, NJ is everything that is wrong with Massage Envy. @jmagnacc. Do you intend to resolve this issue and deliver what previously loyal customers have due (we paid for years to accumulate these hours!!!) and is our right?

Poor management. I was a member from when they opened but no longer under a contract, just month to month member. My credit card on file expired, and I was never contacted about this matter. The credit card was declined 1 time due to expiration date and i was sent to a collection agency and now has gone from 1 month membership fee to $149? Every time I called since receiving the collection notice the manager is not available and will CALL ME BACK... manager never called received 4th collection notice.
