The classes are always hard but the trainers are encouraging. Ive noticed that even machines are switched around so you really dont get the same workout.

I have been doing jiu jitsu at Abrecea BJJ academy for about 11 months. In that time coach Ryan and coach Ray have been extremely supportive and informative. They break down all the techniques step by step and make jiu jitsu a fun learning experience. They have build a family atmosphere and I’m thankful I joined !

Just started training here. Felt very welcomed since day one, great learning atmosphere! All my more experienced classmates are very helpful. So glad I choose to join them for my bjj journey.

Great gym for learning both striking and grappling. The two instructors Ray and Ryan are lifetime martial artists and very knowledgeable in jiujitsu and muay thai as well as more unorthodox styles like catchwrestling, jkd, and shooto making them a great resource. Warm ups are challenging, push your cardio, and put your body through a wide range of movement, but no one is forced to go faster than they can handle. The instruction is detailed and having two instructors at all times is very convenient. Perhaps most importantly everyone is friendly and there to put in time on the mats and improve.

Workout in piece nobody hangout in this gym. Convinience with plenty of parking
