Absolutely terrifying. As i was watching the car be washed i thought i saw one of the guys dump a small bucket of water on my carpets of driver side, then again on passenger side. i thought i had seen wrong so at the time i did not do anything about it. i come into my car 2 days later and my car smells like a rodding carpet. Its terrible. I called the car wash and asked for the owners name and was told we can not make that information known, i asked for a phone number or email. and was told i am not authorized to share that information furthermore the receptionist was unqualified to handle what i would consider normal day to day business request/concerns. If i want to speak to owner, i need to speak to the manager who is not in today, call tomorrow. Ill call tomorrow and see where this goes, but clearly, expectations a low.Lastly, if you are looking for a better car wash service than this. leave it dirty. BTW, i paid for the platinum service. $30 +.
A little disappointed in the cars interior. Ive been here before and had better results. Maybe short staffed?

Located at the corner, i made a right turn and didnt realize i jumped the line. they need a sign that says, line starts here, ha!!! otherwise service was great!
Go there only if you have zero expectations, paid for platinum wash and they didnt do the basics. Had to inspect the car and force them to clean properly. Still not done properly. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
They were terrible. The supervisor Juan was really unprofessional. I would never recommend them and anyone considering using them would be best served to steer clear.

Great service and cashier from COLOMBIA was super nice and very helpful with an accessory I needed it.
Used to be my usual place for gold and platinum package. Today i tried VIP to see if they clean thoroughly, but to my misgivings still saw the trunk needed vacuuming and the rear row saw the mats to be unclean. Its average place. Quick in and out. Wont apply more than gold package to keep the cost low.

Ive been going to this car wash for years. I got the platinum package today and my BMW looks great. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the of charmless girl that rang me up. I handed her my slip and asked how she was doing and she barely acknowledged me. A response and a smile go a long way.

It was my first time there today and i am really sorry to report that they did a horrible job. but what made me write this review was that when i brought it to someones attention that they missed a few spots, he gave me an attitude. I was not going to argue so I just left. clearly they dont care about repeat business

Incident at the local full-service car washThey drive the car through with the engine off.Get to the end and the non-English speaking attendant says to me he needs the key to start to the car.I tell him that no key is used. Just step on the brake and press the button.Rather than just stepping on the brake and pressing the start button, as I told him, he tells me I dont know what I am talking about.I tell him to get out of the car I will start it.He tells me no..Just give him the key.Finally, after several minutes of this my patience ran out and he was told a few well-placed epithets and I tell him to either get out of the car or he would be forcibly removed. I finally got in, stepped on the brake, and it started right up.As long as I am within several feet of the car it will start.Isnt it wonderful when a car wash attendant knows more about how to start my car than I, the owner of the car who drives it every day, knows?Time to find another good car wash.

Decent car wash. Priced well. They have manageable lines. Machine seems to do a good job getting the dirt off. They dry the car at the end. No complaints. Satisfied with the service.

Fast exterior car1wash. $5 special when I went on Saturday. Usually $6. Leave them a tip in the container outside.

Does what needs to be done for a super cheap price! Its only $4 for an exterior body wash, and they hand dry. Cant beat it for the price!

Good prices and value. They do a nice job of vacuuming the interior, wiping the car down and cleaning the windows on the full $10 car wash. Entrance into the building is a bit awkward. Tuesday is mens day. Wednesday is ladies day. Both offer $2.00 off. They frequently run wash only specials for $5.00. Some of their help have worked there for years and are like the professionals of the car wash trade. They hustle and are diligent.

Stay away if you have a new car!!!Never have I had a car damaged going through a carwash.Well, that record has been broken with this car wash.My car came out with a noticeable dent, the size of a dime, on my left driver side door with a 3-inch scratch above it.Now I have to wait for them to decide to look through their cameras to prove that it wasnt them. I know my new car inside and out. That dent & scratch were not there prior to entering their car wash.What a great way to start my Labor Day weekend.

If you want a quick wash this place is ok, however there is no attention to detail and car still looked dirty after it came out the wash. Many better places in bergenfield for a better wash.
Paid for the Platinum $16 car wash, and service wasnt good. Staff was polite, but they didnt vacuum the trunk, and didnt do a good job on cleaning the windshield, dashboard or vacuuming the floor, also no difference whether wax treatment was applied or not.I do not recommended!
Highly upset I take my car here twice a week as it’s a black car brand spanking new and look, how they have mess up the paint with the brush they use for the wash. I go in today tell the young man Juan not to use the brush and walk to pay at front and he used the brush not enough time to walk back and tell him as it’s already done and in Spanish as they don’t speak English. Once car came out and I look even worse I tell the young man Juan and he Laughs in my face and tells me it’s not a big deal? What the ?

I brought my white GMC in for a $13 wash and I still am amazed how much of a waste of time and money this was. I brought my car to clean the salt and dirt off of it and after paying $13 I still have salt and dirt on my vehicle. An interior clean was done and there is still dirt and grim on my floor mats. Total waste of time and money.

Bought the most expensive wash pkg. Had to keep asking them to vaccuum, clean windows, etc. The boss said, you have to let them know you want the back window cleaned. The pkg description reads they will clean the inside, the whole reason I went there. 2nd time doing a poor job/trying to rip me off. I will not go back. I do not recommend this place.

Detailing Nightmare!!! Over a thousand Dollars in damage caused by detailing! Had to sue in small claims court after owner refused to make make repairs. He refused to settle so we had to go a trial. Judge found in our favor and against Clinton Car Wash and issued a judgment. But they refused to pay the judgment despite the court order and phone call after phone call asking for payment! So now we have to go to the Bergen County Marshalls to get payment seized. All from a detailing and the most contemptuous customer service I have seen ever.I will keep you posted as to how this all turns out.

I went to this place that supposedly Laban the cars but I really think it is the worst in New Jersey they charged me 32 dollars to do a cleaning service inside and it was a relax people with little experience means lazy it was worse than when I brought it terrible it should be to close that place for bad and false services is abuse and theft
