I left a message in the morning, askin for removal of a hornets nest that had been preventing us from going neat part of our yard. I received a call back minutes later, and by the afternoon, John had removed it. He was helpful, professional, and friendly, and he explained what he was doing and what to expect. Were very pleased and would definitely call again for future pest removal.

John has been great since we moved into our home in September. He has solved our Carpenter ant issue, multiple ground hogs which I was concerned for my kids, and bee nests. John was very helpful in explaining how the process will work. He was very knowledgable about animals. He was available for us to call him whenever our animal was caught. Thankfully though ours was caught within 30 minutes of putting in the trap. John came right away ti remove it.

We called reliable because we had an ant problem in our kitchen. When they came out to service us they pointed out a huge hornets nest on our soffit over the garage. I dont know how we didnt see it as it was huge. They removed our hornets nest and we have been ant free for over three weeks. 5 stars in my book.

I called John on July 7th he came on July 8th, we had multiple problems. To start we “had” a garden rat, cave crickets and carpenter ants. It is now 2 weeks later we are bug and rodent free. I called him on a Sunday morning with a trifecta of rodents that appeared all at the same time...Flying squirrels in my living room walls and ceiling, mice in the attic and ugh, a rat in my garden. John came that same Sunday (with his COVID protocol gear) and inspected the house, then immediately treated my problems. He treated our place for mice and carpenter ants. The man is a professional. He also comes across as a humble and decent human being who treats you the way he would like to be treated himself.
