Brian was awesome last night! It was a busy night for him, but he took the time out to help us out TREMENDOUSLY! He went above and beyond any other tow truck driver, and was friendly as can be! Definitely deserves a raise on hospitality and skill alone! Will definitely be requesting him for any future towing needs!

Bryan is the best!!!! So nice and very very honest the realest person I’ve met that works with cars. He is now the only person I will call or even trust to touch my car thank you so much Bryan you are a life saver!!!

I was stuck out on the interstate last evening when Brian took control and made things so much better for me. I had blown a left front tire and come to find out the spare in the trunk didn’t fit correctly. Ryan was able to quickly solve the problem by towing my vehicle to tire discounters so It could be repaired this morning. All people working with the public should be as good as Brian he is outstanding and a very hard worker can’t say enough about this business and their employees.

Brian had a great attitude and very willing to help us. Made us feel comfortable and like we had been here before, like old friends.

We were heading out of town from Ohio. Had some issues with our batteries, then we found out it was our alternator.This company went beyond my expectations on fixing our rv and made it safe enough to get us back to Ohio from Tennessee. The folks at Bargers Thoroughtruck saved the day for my daughter when she accidentally filled her car with diesel recently at the Berea BP. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and the local auto shops and the Richmond and Lexington Honda dealers were already closed, so the Thoroughtruck driver towed her car back to their shop, drained and cleared the diesel fuel, and had her on her way in less than an hour. Thanks very much to the whole team!

THANK YOU, BRIAN, FOR BEING SO AWESOME!! I broke down around 9 pm one evening last week and called AAA. They essentially left me stranded saying there was nothing they could do, but thankfully they had already dispatched Brian and though he was told to “just leave me there”, he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that I was pulled off the busy highway to a safe location (the company office a few miles away). He didn’t want to leave me alone in an empty parking lot late at night while I waited for family to come get me from 1.5 hours away, so he patiently waited with me while he had the time to do so between customers. He was a perfect gentleman, and I am just so, soo grateful he didn’t leave me to fend for myself like AAA suggested. I even forgot my wallet in his truck and he kept it safe and secure til I got it back. It’s so rare to meet people like this in the service industry, someone who genuinely wants to help and puts other people’s needs before his own. I told him I felt so terrible I didn’t have any cash on me to give him for all his help, and he made it clear that was more than okay and if I want to give him anything, let it be a good review. Well, that’s the very least I can do. Thank you Brian and Thoroughtruck family, y’all are the best of the best.
