Let me just start off by saying that if you give this place a one star because of having to show proof of your covid vaccine then move on with your life. Seriously! I would rather know that Im bringing my bunny or cat, dog, or whatever else I own into a safe place for my animals and my children. Because of this place I highly recommend bringing your pets here. They care. They dont try to rush in and examine and say this, and this and this and send you on your way. They actually listen to your concerns and questions you may have. The first thing I noticed bringing my fur baby in is you do have to wait in the parking lot until apt time and thats only if you have your covid card or negative test one week before visit to do in person visits with your pets, or its curbside and btw its curbside at West Park animal hospital, I dont see any one stars. The next I noticed you get taken back to your room.. do any of you noticed the rooms? I have been to a ton of animal places, this is the only pet place that doesnt seem sterile. It seems homey and welcoming for you and your pet. It also has great lighting in the room! It was minutes until the people came in to do questions before the doctor. They were quick and thorough and helpful. Dr. came in shortly afterwards and explained the exam. Didnt just grab my animal and start doing whatever. I love that! Not even my cats doctor does that. The team was very thorough and helpful. After they left, they came back into the room to process payment. You dont walk out, you stay in your room. When your done you leave. But they all feel so welcoming. Im switching my cat over. Love the Bear family! ❤️

I started taking my pets to Metropet a little over a year ago and I could not be happier about making the switch. The staff is great, super friendly, helpful, and always make me feel welcomed. Each time we are there the Vet takes her time, explains everything, answers all of my questions, and overall is very knowledgeable and friendly.As a new patient there was a bit of a wait for our first appointment, but it was definitely worth it so don’t let deter you.

I got referred here by one of my teachers and a few classmates, and let me start off by saying I received the best care here for my rat. The tech Noah is incredible, such a sweet sympathetic soul. I was a little nervous since my rat can be a little sassy around new people and she is dealing with health concerns, but she felt comfortable with him, he handled my rat the fear free method like she was one of his own. I have so much respect for him, also he was very quick with tissues when my emotions got the best of me. Now, Dr.Motsco is literally a saint. My rat was very sweet towards here and had so much trust in her. She was super informative and told me what I needed to hear to help me make the best decisions possible, while also being sympathetic. She did not give up on my pet, she helped make a care plan that I agree with. I really recommend this place based off of my experience today. I couldn’t stop raving to my boyfriend about how comfortable and content I felt after leaving. Thank you.

My experience was great. Staff was super friendly and excited to see my snake. I’m glad some got an opportunity to interact with a reptile they don’t see very often. Everybody was very welcoming and knowledgeable and it was a great environment to be in.

I took my new Yorkie puppy to MetroPet and was very happy with the staff and Dr. Tima! They were very attentive and caring with my puppy, answered all of my questions, didnt rush through our appointment and generally made us very comfortable. Their facility was clean and organized, they provided me with detailed paperwork and were prompt in getting test results back to me as well. I would highly recommend MetroPet to any pet owner if you are looking for a veterinarian who is caring , friendly and professional!

Jordan and Noah, the techs, were very polite and professional. They were also very informative and gave us an excellent display of a procedure. They handled our pet with care and Dr. Motsco treated and examined our pet as if it were her own. We are very pleased with the services provided and we would highly recommend.

I just brought my cat Lucky in here yesterday and I am very pleased to say Im impressed! They have a really awesome system in making sure they try have the atmosphere as chill and fear free as possible for your pet. They sat with him on the ground and did everything at his level and pace. He did awesome! The staff was super nice to me and explained everything thoroughly. I just saw they see reptiles online today and Ill be excited to started bringing my beardie here as well! Highly reccomend this clinic.

Loved this vet the last time I was there. Then I received notification that starting sept 1 they will only let you in office if you provide a shot card or negative test within a week of visit (for yourself not your dog), If you do not comply you will have to do a visit in the parking lot.I am very saddened that this business is doing this. It is none of anyone’s business what others health choices are. You should not be treating people with different beliefs than you differently and not letting them into a business. This is not about the shot anymore. This is about your right to privacy And not giving into discriminating companies. Stand up for what you believe in America, there are plenty of other vets out there who still carry American values.Update: so based on your response does that mean your policy is changing and that you will allow anyone into your business and not discriminate Against them for their beliefs or Health status?

I was recently looking for a new vet, and was reading the reviews. They all seemed very positive and I was planning on taking my 3 dogs here. However, I saw that a vaccine card will be mandatory. That should not be anyones business other than my own. I will no longer be booking an appointment here, and willfind a service that respects my freedoms.

Hands down the best veterinary experience I have had. Rosco, my 9 yr. old 135 lb. Cane Corso would agree!My boy isnt the easiest to get to know out of the gate. A 2 lb. fatty tumor in Roscos neck, requiring surgical removal, didnt make first impressions easy. The entire staff took time, technique and patience in letting Rosco feel at ease.. myself included. The entire surgery and recovery was taylored towards Roscos comfort. Surgical craftsmanship and cleanliness was impeccable. We pride ourselves on staying out of hospitals and clinics however when something critical arises, a gem of a clinic such as this is true gold. Thanks to all of you! Much love Fred & Ruh-Row!

I called in at 9 am for concerns with my English Bulldog, Otis. They were able to get me in within 15 minutes. Thank goodness, he was very ill. Dr. Tima and her staff were right on it and were able to get me the much needed help required for Otis. Dr. Tima was very thorough and informative explaining all of my options. Staff was great with him! I ended up making appointments for my other two fur babies as well and staff was patient and thorough with the three of them all at once. Glad to have found a veterinarian nearby who cares about us!

Took my ferret here, the staff and doctors are so compassionate and responsive to my best buddy. Will definitely continue services here.

Called after calling multiple ER’s with 6+ hour waits they had never seen us but allowed us to come in at a cancellation appt. The staff was so wonderful with my puppy and treated us quickly. I will be changing vets after such a great experience!

Took my bearded dragon here for her first vet appointment. I was impressed by how professional, caring, and knowledgeable the staff were. Prices are very reasonable and they took excellent care of my beardie. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Before bringing my cat to Metropet I wasnt much of a fan of how my other vet handled my cat, specially with her getting older. But now I feel confident in her going to the vet. I like that they practice fear free, my Tiny is not the biggest fan of people, so it makes me feel a lot better knowing they wont push her out of her comfort zone. I feel heard when I talk about my concerns and worries for my cat. Dr. Alice was able to answer and explain everything to me about my cats health, and they did an amazing job in making sure my little girl Tiny was in good hands.

This is easily the best vet clinic I have been to. The staff is always super nice and very helpful. When my two rabbits got neutered the surgery and recovery were super fast and smoot. So happy with them.

Monday 7/12 Appointments for both dogs Annual Prevention- Called for curbside to check in for appointment and phones weren’t answered for 15 mins. Just kept going to voicemail.- Was told ONE person could come in when online stated curbside only. I had my daughter with me and therefore could not come in. Had I known this ahead of time I wouldn’t have had her with us. I have yet to even meet the vet.- Appointments were scheduled for 3:40p and 4:20p but dogs were not taken back until 4:30p (I completely understand things happen and visits run behind, but communication would have been appropriate)- I was told an itemized statement would be given explaining prices so I wouldn’t be shocked. Nobody ever brought that out.- The vet calls me to go over findings and I was told both dogs did great and I will get a prepaid fecal cup for our one dog to go home and send in later. Perfect.- Received a phone call a few mins later from the vet again. Just kidding. Our one dog wouldn’t allow bloodwork to be done and now needs to have a prescription to help with anxiety and needs to come back for a nurse visit??- Dogs were returned to me in my car.- I had to ask again for a prepaid fecal sample cup for our one dog. The techs were unaware.- I paid my bill ($500+) and they told me they had an appointment on August 1st. I asked if that was first available and they said said yes, with that doctor. I needed a nurse visit NOT a doctor visit. I would have been charged again if I didn’t catch this.Thursday 7/15 Nurse visit- Showed up with his fecal sample because the prepaid cup I was given had the wrong dogs information on it.- 20 mins after checking in for our nurse visit the tech called me asking if I wanted to update his parvo/lepto vaccines???Ummm NO he just had those all done on Monday HERE.- They didn’t have record of giving him these vaccines, but I had my office notes in the email from the doctor and they saw where there was a mistake in the computer and had to fix it.- They come get my dog, do bloodwork, and return him to me.- The tech said I would need to drop off the other dogs fecal test whenever I could. I let her know it was dropped off this past Monday at her appointment and I received a phone call yesterday with her results already!?- She was so confused. Apparently I wasn’t charged correctly on Monday.- I was going to be charged $100+ for the bloodwork and I had to let them know the bloodwork was only $81. They were going to charge me for a full blood panel instead.- They called me so I could pay for his bloodwork and fecal and refunded me the charge for other dogs fecal. Okay no problem.- They also tried to charge me for his distemper he received on Monday as they weren’t showing a record of the payment. Excuse me?? Ummm no?? They finally adjusted the cost of the distemper.- Leaving a 5pm nurse visit at 6pm.- Will never be returning or recommending this place to absolutely anyone. These were 2 annual visits for preventative care and you couldn’t even get that right. I’m thankful they weren’t there for an actual serious health problem. Absolutely inexcusable.

I have been taking my pets to Metropet for over twenty years. the veterinarians and their staff are great. They love animals and treat them all as if they were their own pets. The care is through and excellent. They take care to explain the details of every procedure and they are sensitive when a pet has to be euthanized.

Staff was wonderful with both my husband and our dog. They we helpful with questions and easy to work with...excellent experience!

We found a tiny sick kitten and needed to get him in asap. MetroPet was able to get Sam in and treated him immediately. A few months later, and you would never know how little and sickly he was. Its still curbside at this time, and he needed some treatment this last visit, so the vet emailed me a long detailed letter on what to do. They called today to check on him and see how he is doing. I know that even though Im not in the room, they treat him as if I am. I recommend MetroPet to anyone.

Hard to find a place near Cleveland that works with exotic pets like guinea pigs. This place is great with my guinea pigs and offer some great prices! They also have an app to easily make appointments and check on your pets medications.

I got my dog from a rescue in August 2020. He seemed fine but I decided to get tests necessary to buy insurance. Blood work showed he has Cushings Disease. Dr. Tima called me on a Saturday to inform me about a specific diet and what was involved medically & financially to have him live a full and healthy life. She spent about 45 minutes and made sure I understood the disease. I truly appreciated her time. I decided to keep my little guy and prepare his special diet, buy his prescriptions and Im happy to say he is doing well. Dr. Tima & her staff are the best.

My first visit was a week ago tomorrow and was the first day they were doing a soft opening the staff was very professional and courteous

Although, it was frustrating at first being rescheduled twice due to unforeseen circumstances, I felt MetroPet tried to make it right and called me to come in after they had a couple cancellations. I appreciated the effort and my experience was great! Everyone was friendly, informative, and put satisfactory effort in making our experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Tulip was a happy bunny on the ride home!

I talked to other vets and these people make is sound like they know what they are talking about but my dog has been thorough so much going here she was better off seeing other vets that cared, they have taken over 450 dollars from me because they want a down payment and somehow the money just vanished and nothing happens. I’m not afraid to spend money on my little girl but I will not throw it out the window foe some people to say they work with animals

Definitely pricier than some other clinics, but we chose Metropet because of their experience with exotics and their calm, holistic approach.I take all 8 of my pets here and they are treated very well. My dogs get excited about seeing Dr. Alice and Dr. Tima, as well as all of the amazing staff.

My first visit with my new 9 week old puppy was very positive. I felt confident that they really know what they’re doing. He wasn’t frightened and I’m sure will be happy to go visit the vet in the future:) I am very happy to have a relationship with a vet group that I trust as my puppy grows up!

I have been looking through the reviews they look great, some negitive one buys that’s besides the point. I have two Leopard Geckos and I would like to just get a check-up and I don’t have much money because I’m a 11-year old girl. But I just wanted to see the sex but I have experience with Leopard Geckos so I’m pretty sure their both boys, but I wanted to know that the age (if you can do that) and their diets (and if I’m doing anything wrong or need to improve as a pet mama) so I just wanted to see the prices and other things

Metro pet gives excellent care to our beloved pets. I’ve used them for years. For vaccinations, examinations, and sadly even end of life for my aging failing health aged16 years Mindy. Dr. Alice and the entire team were amazing. From the moment you walk in the door till when you leave, you know that your pet is cared about and getting the best medical care there is. Dr. Alice answered all of our questions and did such a thorough exam. She really knew so much about skinny pigs (hairless guinea pig). She explained what was going on with our pet and developed a treatment plan for her. I highly recommend this practice. All of the staff is wonderful. Very caring and kind!!!

We brought our dog Kaizen to Metropet when our regular vet couldnt get him in soon enough. I have to say that I was very impressed with the level of care and the kind and caring staff. Three years ago we brought our dog Scooby in for emergency surgery after he had been attacked by another dog. They did everything they could for him and were very kind and caring to us during such a horrible time. They are also very careful to keep everyone safe with their Covid-19 protocols. We will be back!

Dr Alice is wonderful with explaining everything with my kittens health and answering concerns I had. Noah made me at ease with handing off my kittens to him. He made me feel that they were in good hands since they are following COVID-19 protocols. I will and have recommended them to everyone I know.

I am very pleased with the service here. I was looking for an exotic vet for my guinea pigs and hamster and this place did not disappoint. The employees are so kind and friendly. I am very thankful for MetroPet. This past visit was another reason why I continue to go to them. My dog Shiloh was very nervous to get out of the car without me. I obviously understand the new protocol due to COVID. But his eyes got all big, his ears went down and he was trying to hide closer to me when the tech tried to get him out of the car (naturally this Mama’s heart started to break). He was obviously scared. The lady who was giving the vaccines was SO sweet and actually let us stay in the car while she gave him the shots. I’m sure they preferred not to do that, but they allowed it anyways. They even brought out a bunch of peanut butter to make him less stressed. I am just so grateful that you all care so much and really appreciated you doing that. Thank you for all you do!

Because of Covid-19 this company asks you to stay in your car while your pet is being looked at. Which is fine. But when you get there you have to call them and let them know you’re here. The downside is that they ask you to stay on hold for 20 minutes. RIDICULOUS! It’s 89 degrees outside. Even if you have to pick up something for your pet they make you stay on hold and you stay on hold for 20 minutes! The people are so very nice and do a very good job but seriously?

I wanted to thank Dr. Mary Ann Tima, Beth and Terri for there amazing job today. My dog Morty is 11 months old and does not like shots or getting his blood taken. He gets really worked up and scared and they did everything in their power to make it happen today. They did their best to make him comfortable and to feel safe. It ended up with him having to be sedated because he was just too scared. They were there for him and I through every step. They also made me feel better by letting me know his reactions and fearfullness is nothing compared to what they have dealt with before and he is a good boy he just doesnt like needles. We greatly appreciate everything you guys do!! Thank you so much!!!!

I have used Metropet for our family pets for many years in the past. Now returned from out of state, they have cared well for my elder Chihuahua and I am pleased to say that they were very welcoming and professional, and took care of all her needs during the Covid 19 quarantine. And now I continue to trust them for her care on into the future.

The vet called to make an appointment to put my dog down. We got a second opinion and my dog is completely fine, she just needed antibiotics and a few shots to help her belly feel better. God forbid you cannot afford the tests they want to do at this place because they will automatically decide for you that your dog needs to be put to sleep. Plus the vet is insensitive, having called right after I got off work, not allowing me to have time with my dog, limiting us on when we had to come in. Im so glad I got a second opinion. If you are poor, DO NOT COME HERE!

Dr. Tima was so compassionate to our 15 year old boxer, who is having seizures. She spent plenty of time with him and he sure enjoyed the peanut butter he got to lick during his exam! She respected our wishes to not do anything extreme, and didn’t push unnecessary tests. We are definitely patients for life!

Great team of people who really care about the animals they see. Dr. Tima is excellent , gets to know the dog and explains everything in detail. Follow up calls too which is so appreciative and so far what they did for my baby has worked and he looks so much better

I’ve called for 5 days now and all I get is the rude receptionist named Nichole and some other older woman putting me on hold for 10+ minutes. ABSURD! I asked to speak to a manager, Jessica wasn’t available but I never received a call. I was actually interested in going here, but if the receptionist is rude, I can’t imagine what the rest of the staff looks like. I will be spreading this information along to friends and family. I mean come on, the receptionist is supposed to be the first representation of the company. I suggest Kentown in Parma, wonderful staff, awesome doctors, AND they got me in next day.

Excellent staff. Doctor Jones was very thorough and gave us all our options for our pets care. She even had hot dog bits in her pocket to help keep our dog calm and engaged. The staff couldnt have been nicer. We had to wait for test results and one of the techs brought our dog a bowl of water while we waited. Even gave him a couple of treats. The waiting room is very inviting. They even had pumpkins decorated by the staff which you could vote on. Great experience for us and our pet!!

Metropet was great. This was our initial visit as our old vet closed. Our dog is 10 years old. She actually enjoyed going. The staff was fantastic. Dr Tima was excellent. Very knowledgeable, took time to explain all treatment options, gentle with an older dog and just plain nice. I highly recommend Metropet.

I just got my first puppy and we took her there because they sent out a complementary vet visit for new clients. When I got there everyone was so happy to see her. The techs asked if we wanted a new puppy packet since we never owned a puppy before and they explained everything in the folder in detail.

Pros: Convenient and good veterinary care - Cons: young veterinarians.My background: Ive had all manner of pets for 45 years and have been rescuing various for 20 plus. Ive dealt with all kinds of vets.You can tell the difference between the ones who have been around awhile and the younger ones. Older vets have an intuition that comes from experience--and that intuition can save you hundreds of dollars on vet bills. Younger vets tend to rely heavily on expensive tests and since pet insurance is new, expensive, and doesnt always cover tests or preventatives, you can end up with a high bill very quickly.I am very aware of this with Metropet. Its come up twice. Both times, getting a second opinion from a more experienced vet was cheaper than (and as accurate as) the tests and procedures Metropet wanted to do. Thats not a complaint as much as an observation.If you have young pets and/or good pet insurance, these guys are great. Good with animals and people, average price, clean facilities, etc. If you have an older pet or a pet with health problems, they may not be the vet for you unless you have some kind of coverage.

They were professional and communicated with me in a way that I could make educated decisions on the best options for my cat and feel confident with my choices. Went in with my chocolate lab a few daysago and had an amazing experience. My lab is only 8 months so I was expecting a chaotic visit but it was the exact opposite. The receptionist(Alison) greeted my dog and I right when we walked in and complemented my dog for being the cutest. All the employees loved my lab and had to rub her belly. Most vet offices come off cold and emotionless but not here. The staff were so excited to meet my dog and give her tons of attention. The appointment was painless for the both of us and I know my dog wont be scared to return for a routine check up.

Ive had great experiences at MetroPet! A small, personable vet that has friendly staff. Its clear that they care about their patients and create a comfortable environment for every pet and owner that comes in. I thought it was great that the vet examined my dog from the floor instead of forcing him to go up on the table. She took time to explain all of the shots and treatments needed and was very gentle with my dog. Id recommend taking your pet to MetroPet!

This is the best vet that I have ever been to by far. I havent met a staff member who I dont like. They are all very pleasant and truly look after your pet as if it were their own.I also like how they place follow-up phone calls from when you are seen regarding a particular issue. This is great as they want to make sure the treatment regimen is working.Scheduling appointments is very easy and they even use an app where you can basically see your pets medical record along with future and past appointments.

Awesome care. The entire staff is wonderful. Very compassionate to your pet. They take the time to explain and answer any questions that you may have about your pets care. I never feel hurried with our time with the vets. We have a challenging cat that hates most people and they are very kind to her and take extra time and care with her. It was actually a great experience. for a first time pet owner who had an unexpected injury, you guys really helped me feel better. and then checking in a few days later was really nice too.

I love Metropet, and more importantly my dog loves Metropet. He gets treated incredibly well and the office is open convenient hours so I can take him to the vet around my work schedule. The people are incredible, very nice and very easy to deal with. They appear and act like they really love what they do and that is really important to a pet owner. They keep my dog healthy and happy.

I have been with this vet for about 3 years and they have been great. Routine visits have been good but usually takes a while to see the doc. My one dog was ill and they helped me very patiently get him back on his feet. I just got a new dog that had some issues and they are working with me help her. They have made sure I stay well informed with any of my dogs conditions and treatments. All the staff is kind and answers my questions. I havent used the app but I appreciate the email reminders when my dog is due for a visit.

The staff is extremely friendly. They take great care of your pets. I truly love the follow up the doctors provide. I have had several vets and no doctor has every personally called me to follow up. We have two dogs and a water dragon. They take care of all three.

Weve used Metro for 9 pets over the last 5 years and have never been disappointed. When we lost our Connie and Lizzy to cancer, rats, they allowed us to stay as long as we needed to say goodbye. Ill always remember and appreciate the empathy they showed us.

Metropet is the only vet clinic I would allow to take care of my dog. The entire staff take interest in the pet and the owner. They provide detailed information about the examinations and recommended procedures. Their aftercare phone calls mean a lot--they care about the pet and want the owner to know they will do whatever is necessary should further care be needed.

Well where do I begin? For starters we walked in for Tips appointment, and were sent right to a room! Excellent no waiting.Lobe that. Then the vet tech came in she was adorable and great with Tips!! The a few minutes later the Doc came in, she literally was on the floor with him. She was so personable, I thought she was great. I went in with a sick dog as a first time customer. My dog received excellent care. All the staff were very kind and both my pup and I felt right at home. My questions were all answered,calls were returned promptly etc. My dog was given so much attention that she loved going back for a follow up visit

I was referred to this clinic almost 2 years ago and have been taking my cat here since then. My cat has been to many different veterinary clinics as we have moved around quite a bit. Metro pet vet by far has the most caring and helpful staff that Ive seen, personally. All staff are helpful and professional 110% of the time. They seem to be high volume, they have a big client base which reflects on the business. Even when theyre a little backed up and super busy, the staff and doctors will always give you 100% of themselves and their time, always super detailed, never rushed. The receptionists, doctors and techs are constantly going out of their way to help in any way that they can. They really personalize with their clients and owners. Dr Kim has been working with my cats specific needs for awhile. She is always competent, knowledgable, gentle and sufficient with Charlie. I can not think of a single negative thing to say about this place.

The staff here are both friendly and professional. I feel that when I take my pet here, she is in very good hands. Everyone is very attentive and caring, and I have never heard one negative comment from any of the staff. They utilize the free app PetDesk to its fullest potential, making it incredibly easy to set reminders, see medical history including prices, make appointments, and keep up to date on everything for your pet. My only complaint is that I wish they had a bigger facility as the waiting room and individual rooms are a tad small, but I would much rather have fantastic staff than more room.

I took my mom to her cat Ozzy’s appt at Metropet Veterinary clinic. We had a wonderful experience! The staff were all very friendly and so sweet to Ozzy. The wait was quick and the Dr. was very informative. I would recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone with a pet!

They are extremely patient with difficult patients. Our cat goes crazy at the vet and they are so calm and willing to work with him.If our pets are sick they always call us after our appointments to check-in on their progress. They are very personable and make us feel like we are part of the MetroPet family!

Taking our Hedgehog Lucy here has been an amazing experience. She gets stressed out very easily and can be difficult to inspect but the care shes received from Dr. Alice, Dr. Kim and the staff has been incredible. I would recommend anyone bring their pet to see them. Youll know that spiny or furry part of your family is being taken care of by the best.

We have been taking our dog, Sadie, to Metropet for about 5 years. We always receive great care and the staff are kind and friendly and very patient with the animals and the humans they service. Sadie absolutely hates to have her nails trimmed. We cant do it even though she is only a tiny miniature dachshund. The techs at Metropet handle her gently and get the job done fast and efficiently. Fortunately we have had no major health issues but only need to take Sadie in for yearly checkups.

I moved to Berea 2 1/2 years ago, I wanted to find a new veterinarian for our 4 year old yellow lab Josie. I asked a few friends from the area, they recommend Metropet Veterinary Clinic. I did some research online for reviews, anything I found was positive so I made an appointment. From our first appointment to our most current a week ago I couldnt be happier with all of the staff, they treat our Josie girl with kindness and if she was their own, and the doctors always get her feeling better. I also appreciate the fact they go above and beyond explaining what is going on with her being sick and go over all the options of treatment so I know whats being done and what those thinks are going to cost up front, no surprises. Overall I love Metropet and look forward to many more years of them keeping my Josie healthy.

I took my 5 year old guinea pig to be seen at this clinic after not being able to get an appointment at his regular vet. Sadly he passed away during his visit to the clinic but the amount of empathy and compassion that the staff gave to my husband and I was stellar. They made a really terrible day just a little but better. I would hands down take another animal to them based off of that experiance.

Our three cats have been patients at Metropet since 2011. The care has been outstanding. Our one cat was recently treated for a bladder infection. They were very thorough , explained the medical tests and gave good instructions for home care. The veterinarians and staff show a lot of love and care.

Best vet service we have ever received. Our beloved Buddy got sick and eventually had to be put down. They understood our loss and were so compassionate and tender to Buddy and us. We have two dogs now that receive the same loving care by all the staff all the time.
