David and his team did a great job removing a large oak tree that was too close to our home and very near power lines. Their quote was very competitive, and the team very professional in the way the removal was performed. The job was performed as described, sooner than expected, and work area cleaned up beautifully after completion. Scheduled for a full day, but completed in approximately 4 hours. Highly recommended... we will definitely use them again.

I spent the early part of this beautiful afternoon watching the 3 man crew from Raines Tree Care as they trimmed branches from our large backyard oak. They prepped the area by blowing off leaves beneath the tree cutting area and clearing the large deck furniture that I was unable to move; then they went to work. The precision shown to set the climbing and stability ropes was amazing. The climb, cuts, and controlled branch drops couldn’t have been better executed. Incredible was the empty water bottle drop from the young fella high above, with the bottle landing right next to the chain saw! My jaw dropped — and we were having light breezes! When the fellas finished trimming, hauling the branches to their truck and cleaning up the sawdust and wood chips, they moved the deck furniture back where they’d found it.My husband and I cannot say enough positive about David Raines and his crew. As we have previously, we will continue to use and to highly recommend Raines Tree Care services. We have long been convinced of their knowledge, honesty and ability. A bonus is that David is an ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certified arborist, ISA certified tree worker climber specialist and is ISA tree assessment qualified. In addition, he’s a member of the Arkansas Urban Forestry Council. We’re not the only folks who think highly of him! Call him for an estimate; you won’t be sorry.

Raines came and removed a tree that the previous owner had built our 2nd story deck around. This team was so amazing at how quickly and safely they removed this tree 10 feet from our home! The professionalism and courteousness of the team was top notch. The cleanup was perfect and I can honestly say that they treated everything as if were their own home and took great care not to damage anything, and it was not an easy feat! They even put plywood down to run their equipment over my edging. I would (and will!) recommend Raines for any tree removal needs. We are relieved to have the tree gone, but not near as much as how safely it was done not only for us, but the crew as well. These guys will be our 1st call anytime we need any tree work done!

We used Raines to do some tree trimming on some sold walnut and oak trees in our yard. They’re too humble to tell you this, but they’re the same crew that the Peel-Compton Foundation uses for their parks. I found them through the local extension office. The crew was extremely professional, courteous, and on time. My neighbor thanked us for cleaning up all the branches and leaves after. He was shocked to hear that it was the tree service that did it! Our old oak tree looks absolutely majestic and healthy now that she’s all cleaned up. I’d never go to anyone else :) Thanks again!

I hired Raines Tree Care to clear out dead trees, remove branches too close to my house, and remove several small trees to clean up a jungle that I had in my back yard.The Raines Tree Care team of 5 came on site about 8:30. They discussed the project then went to work. They worked steadily all day except when they went to lunch. They needed to take a good lunch, because they really worked hard all day long.Raines Tree Care has licensed Arborists listed on the Find an Arborist site. Licensed Arborists know how to identify trees and know how to correctly prune trees to maintain the trees health.

The men were on time, courteous and did an excellent job of putting bolts and a cable in our big oak tree so it would not split. They also pruned all the dead branches and limbs. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up all the debris.

We had a great experience. We had to have several large dead trees cut down- stumps ground- and several large bushes and trees trimmed. They were so great to work around the weather and the holidays. They hauled everything off and checked with us several times during their work to make sure I was happy with the trim of the shrubs. I recommend them highly!

Our tree pruning was a large job involving many mature residential trees on our large one acre lot. However, the Raines crew moved carefully and methodically to examine and thoughtfully prune (not trim or top) each tree. They wore modern safety equipment and removed a great deal of the internal and some of the external branches in order to make our trees safer, stronger and more storm resistant for the the future. The crew did not use climbing spikes which I appreciated. David Raines attended the completion of the job and patiently explained what what had been done to each tree and why. The final price remained as agreed upon. I should Raines Tree Care earlier to prevent past tree damage these last couple of years.

Contacted David about storm damaged tree limb. He said they were eight weeks out at the time. Within a couple of hours I had proposal in my inbox and within the week the limb was safely removed. Finding a quality contractor is difficult, much less one that exceeds expectations. Raines is good to go.

Raines did a great job cutting 2 trees down in our yard! We had two dead oak trees looming over our home, threatening to fall at any moment. It took a while to get an appointment with them because of all the storms but they showed up as promised and quickly cut the trees down. The only thing I disliked about the experience is that they dont accept credit cards. I understand it costs business owners anywhere from 3-4% per credit transaction but I would have gladly paid that if it meant not having to drive to the post office, buy an envelope, buy stamps and drop a check in the mail. Maybe Im just weird but I dont really use checks, or mail things very often since all bill payment can be done online. Overall I would 100% recommend Raines for all tree care needs. We had issues with other tree services not answering phone calls or failing to showing up to give quotes. Zero issues with communication with Raines.
