I cant give negative stars but the service is beyond lousy. Internet drops out 3/4 times a day, my roku stick doesnt work any more & nobody knows how to fix it. All this started about 1 1/2weeks ago. Ill be going to att after this. You should too

So, the employees in the Cox store are nice and try to be helpful.Being new to the area I needed a technician to come to my home in Bella Vista. Brent was courteous, professional and really cared about accomplishing what we wanted, where we wanted it (ok yes, Im a little OCD about it). Brent really listened to what we needed, offered suggestions and accomplished it all.Cox Cable needs more employees like Brent!

First of all the door greeter Haley made me feel very welcome and helped me sign in. The customer service is amazing I got helped by Johnny and the store manager Zay was so nice and helpful they got my issue fixed and I left happy. Would 100 precent recommend this location!

1. Worst internet service - Sometimes no internet2. Cox routers are worst - I sit 10ft away from the router and still face wifi connectivity issues3. Worst internet speeds(300mbps) - Totally I have 6 devices in the house .. if one is on video call .. other device struggles with a video call. No clarity, voice breaks .. disconnection4. High monthly price - once promotional period is done .. prices double .. I used to pay $59.99 .. after promotion period ... now its $119.99 .. This is how they loot .. as they have tie up with neighborhoods and we cant change internet service provider. They play monopoly game.5. Sometimes you get rude customer service6. Service fee of $85 or more per hour if they come home to fix their own problems.

Without a doubt the worst internet provider I have ever had!! Absolutely terrible internet speeds and even worse customer service! If it was possible to give zero stars I would because they are absolutely the worst thing to ever happen. Dont waste your time having a technician come out to you home, they have NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! Actually clueless as to how this company is still in business. Everyone I talk to that has them as a provider has the same issues I have had. Waste of time and money and the employees are a waste of oxygen.

Cox may be the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. I’ll do without internet instead of having to deal with these people. They tell you one thing and do another. Prices are absurd, unless you are a brand new customer. Loyalty and customer service is nonexistent with them. I’ll NEVER do business with them. Luckily, I’m in the business to let others know about my experiences with them and I will do that on a daily basis.

I changed to cox from Dish because i moved to a new location.*My move was on December 27 they scheduled my installation on January 4th which was already a stretch for me because i work from home as a Realtor and need internet at all times.*The installation did not happen because my house is in a new construction subdivision (Westridge Village) and cox said all their fiber lines were damaged by the construction. So they needed to fix the problem first. Well after that noone called me to reschedule my installation so i had to call the 1800 number again and each time i called i would get transferred 5 times before anyone could help me and then it would just be them telling me what i already knew that they were working on it.*After the 3 time calling finally someone scheduled another installation for January 12 and again did not get installed; I tried to be understanding due to the damage fiber and so on and patiently waited and kept rescheduling when finally i get in contact with someone that said there was a miscommunication and they just needed to send a different tech to install my internet and cable because the fiber guys were working on a bigger problem that did not affect my connection-anymore. MY INSTALLATION HAPPENED ON FEB 3 rd a month later!AFTER ALL THAT the tech who shows up to my house to install the first time was nice but did not finish installing my living room tv because did not bring all the tools needed to work w my mount so said he would reschedule another day to comeBack.NOW the guy who came to the second install to finish the living room came in to my house with the RUDEST attitude! Im not sure if this was a last minute job he was not happy about but he was as angry and rude as anyone can be! He walks in my house and looks at my tv and says “IM NOT TOUCHING THAT!” My answer was why not? He proceeds to tell me they dont touch the tvs or mounts which its weird for a cable guy to not touch a tv when installing cable so i told him well noone prepared us for that meaning when i scheduled it if someone would have said that i would of been prepared. He continued w a rude attitude and answered “I DONT CARE AND U CAN CALL WHO EVER U WANT BUT IM NOT TOUCHING THAT AND I CAN JUST WALK OUT AND LEAVE IT I WANT TO NOW” so due to how long i was waiting for this i worked on getting help from someone working on site and we moved the tv for him note it was a lady who had to help while this cox professional was just standing there watching us struggle then when it was time to hook that cable wire the lady was tying and couldn’t because was holding the heavy tv as well and i then asked him is that not ur job or u cant do that either ... he then answered YOU CAN DO IT TOO!I asked him for his name and he did not give it to me and just ignore my question so i proceeded to take a picture of his van and plates to report it.I will go out of my way to report this in all the platforms possible and also inform all my clients buying in this area about the bad service from cox on this and ofcorse working on changing companies asap because i dont want to think every time i call for service on anything ill get someone like him!

This store is stocked with helpful people. Zay (the store manager) pushes transparency and a willingness to work with everyone. My first trip I fully expected to cancel my service due to Wifi data overages. I left with a plan. Had another issues the next month. I stopped in to check on the issue Zay and his tram jumped on it problem fixed. In today’s business world this is rare. I appreciate the team at Cox Bentonville.

Today we went to the Cox Bentonville Store, to ask about a bill statement, and we got service by a girl named Anita, she was very rude with us, she had a bad attitude since the beginning, not letting me ask the full question. To solve the problem the manager took the case, he was very pleasant and helpful. Many people are looking for work and you got rude customer service in the front line, disappointed.

We wanted a 2nd TV box so my son can watch cable in his room. My wife called and the rep said it would take 5 days to ship to us OR we could just go by the nearest Cox store and pick it up. After talking with a lady at the store, we have to pay $50 deposit for the box. Wasnt charged any deposit when we got service a year ago. Our credit is better now. But she said is has to do with internal credit. Weve NEVER been late. Bunch of BS! Train the managers to provide better BS for the team because its terrible!

My representative was extremely rude and disrespectful to me the representative that was helping the man next to me whats rude and when that man walked out the two representatives were talkin and making fun of that customer right in front of me which is very unprofessional and extremely rude I would never recommend going into that store and the representative lied to me I wanted to make my payment when I was there he told me I could not make my payment I had to wait a couple days and when Cox called me on the phone they told me I could have made my payment right there and I told them the representative told me I was not allowed to that I could not make my payment I would never recommend this store

The internet and service is fine and up to par. However, if you are looking for professionalism and reliable customer experience I would suggest visiting a different location. Out of the 30 minutes of being there I had been unwittingly made aware that multiple employees were having inappropriate relationships with one another, including a manager. Great internet, just leave the gossip and pillow talk outside of the workplace. A very uncomfortable experience indeed.

The sales team at this locations are VULTURES. Our 21 YO, not too bight, son is moving to a one bedroom apartment in Bentonville. He was instructed to sign up for internet only. The Vulture there did not listen and convinced him he needed a security package with enhanced signals in a one-bedroom apartment. This company preys on those not to bright and low income.So sad that the company focuses on their sales goals rather than the needs of the customers.I will never do business with them in the future. I r recently purchase a home in Bentonville and I have an ATT option and so glad I do.

Terrible customer service. Scheduling was mismanaged and not communicated to me. They didnt take responsibility for any mistakes or make any effort to come to provide a resolution leaving me without internet while trying to work from home. Still received a bill for services that were never provided. When I complained the staff told me to try AT&T. Which I did and received prompt service at a better price.Follow up - After closing my account and removing charges for service that was never provided, I still received a bill for a partial month. Also, this negative review was hidden/removed from the review summary.

The staff at this store is very helpful and honest. After several phone calls to try and get my bill reduced, I was frustrated and ready to cancel service. When I went into the store to return mini boxes that we no longer used Eric helped to lower my bill to something more acceptable. It is of course frustrating to all when new customers get better deals than those that have been their for years but at least now I feel as if I have been heard and understood by the staff at this location.

While working with the people in this store make sure to pay attention and ask questions. They have trouble providing accurate price quotes and even more taking responsibilities for mistakes made on their part. In my case they quoted me a price of 195.00 and then sent me a bill for 435.00. Be sure to protect you self by doing your due dillagence and keeping notes and any paper work they provide. Chances are you will need it.

Especially when it started out at $19.99 and now Im paying $45.99 , they give you every reason and excuse in the book telling you what you think you want to hear, when I was PROMISED MONTHS ago they would get my price back down with me being disabled and living on a fixed income!

I turned in 2 mini boxes. They took the boxes off right away & didnt even need my account info. Because they confirmed it by serial numbers and gave a receipt to show I turned them in. My account was adjusted right away & the lady held the door open on my way out. They were friendly and made changes easy.

Worst experience ever with Cox. Have my phone with Cox and decided that I was going to get TV. They want to do a credit check, which will affect my credit score because of the hard inquiry, or I could put up a $50 deposit. Sorry, but I always pay my bills. Not only did Cox lose my business for TV. They will now lose my business with my phone. Ill go back to AT&T

However, the phone number listed for this Solution Store is for Cox staff and not a number for people to call to get help or ask questions. Online chat is pretty terrible if you need service. Its more of a routing service than actual help.Uncap the 1TB data limits since most websites auto start flash content and videos. Dumb idea.

Good store with well mannered staff. Down point is that there were only two members in there and I had to wait almost 30 mins before I got my turn and there were 6 people behind me who came about the same time I reached. The tariffs are not that competitive. Especially when there are good players in market, I feel they need to be more flexible and reaching out to customers and retain existing customers. They were never ready to continue the promotional offers once completed. This made me opt for AT&T for my new connection.

It is not just an incompetent and completely disorganized company, but also against their customers. Here is the example: service was down in my house, called and scheduled service. Several days after, service technician calls me up on my phone and asks me if i can meet him now, instead of the originally scheduled service date, my answer was to keep the original scheduled date and that is all I said. From there it was all downhill: Tech gets mad and without any notice cancels the schedule on his systems (cox handheld device). I wait and wait on the day of the service, nobody shows up. Called customer service and she talked for an hour expressing how shocked she was that they have employees like that and gives me her word that a supervisor would be at my door the following morning to resolve the issue. I wait and wait, nobody shows up. Called again. It turned out that the very nice customer service lady did not input anything in their systems that would trigger anybody to go to my house. No service order was loaded! Oh my God, how unbelievably incompetent!. Then I called again. Another very nice lady. Bottom line answer from them: nothing they can do other than keep trying .... I wonder how in this day and age youre still open for business .... it was another bloody uphill battle against Cox utter incompetence to return the equipment and get my refund back. so STAY AWAY FROM COX IF YOU CAN!

Good customer service the only thing is the guy said we had unlimited internet but every month we would get a notice saying we have gone over our limit. How you gonna go over an unlimited plan? Come to find out he never put us on the unlimited plan so we had to pay almost $100 more a month for overage on our internet. Should have been refunded the money but that’s like pulling teeth to get what you deserve. Now we are finally on the unlimited plan thanks to someone else who works there.

Absolutely worst horrific experience I have ever been in to think to have a company as large as this actually have somebody standing that is disabled in a store of six or seven people ahead of them and five or six behind them there are not enough people and they dont take care of their customers properly. I find it appalling that this company did not care nor wanted to care about a person standing there with a cane that was disabled there is just not enough people to take care of the needs of the customers and regardless of what they think they know they dont FOAV is one of the most important processes that Cox should and has not used like they should be this was a great example of FOAV not being in place if you want to know what this stands for its supposed to stand for focus on added value sorry but this company no longer has that process and they do not train their customer service representatives to act in the type of manner they should this process has not been used and should be used on a daily basis whether it be inside the Cox store or if it is on the phone it is very sad that Cox Communications has now become such a vital company but such a horrible company I would never ask my worst enemy to have this company processed in their home not only do they not know how to use the FOAV neither do their representatives out in the field how sad how sad how very very sad. The worst part of this is remember this folks only one thing can make a company fall to its knees and not taking care of their customers in the proper way and making them feel that they are the most important part of their day and their time will definitely make a company fall flat. You can do everything online but when it comes to lowering your bill I must recommend going to the cable company in person. I explained how I was trying to watch my expenses and I need a lower bill and the rep spent a few minutes trying different codes and saved me $30 a month on just my internet. Im a cord cutter!! The cost of cable TV is just too high.

Cox told me my internet would be turned on on Sunday. Apparently, they were wrong because since it was a new construction, I couldnt do that. So we rescheduled to Tuesday for a $75 fee. The tech simply didnt show. So I rescheduled to Wednesday. The tech didnt show. So I rescheduled to Thursday. The tech said that they couldnt make the window and either I had to wait an unknown period of time or reschedule. Well, Ive been having to leave work 3 days in a row and cant not come back, so I had to reschedule for Friday. Today is Thursday, so well see if they show up.
