I really appreciate the folks at this store - the rental process was easy, the delivery was on time and the delivery man was friendly. Anytime Ive had a brain lapse and forgotten my weekly payments, the gentlemen who call to collect are never rude, theyre friendly and personable and understand forgetfulness. Theyve even waived the over-the-phone charge when Ive had to call in because of issues making a payment online during website updates. Cant recommend them enough!

James helped me get some things I wanted and unfortunately I hit some bad financial times and he was completely understanding and even offered to hold back the product for a couple weeks so I could get through it. At a rent to own you know youre paying to either rent it or youre paying to help get your credit score up and so anyone going there should know that. Rent something from there or multiple things for a year while making onntim payments to everything else and your credit will be fixed in 12-18 months.
