Terrible placement of work in the past and you ABSOLUTELY may not be a student working under them even though this is a temporary gig. Although, I had disclosed the type of schedule and willingness to work nights or overnights, they despised me for being a student. So I faked it and said I was going to take the year off, and THEN all of a sudden they had a willingness to negotiate with me. Few years ago I had my employer contact them to verify work history and their response was they WILL NOT disclose that unless compensation is received. I am happily employed elsewhere in a much stable work environment and also actively seeking employment in a career relevant to my degree I finally completed. So today I scroll through job-posting boards and cant help but to chuckle at your lowball offers. I wont be using you guys but I did however almost forget to leave an ever-deserving negative review for you scum-of-the-earth.

I was sign under a temp service and was forced to transition to staffmark because they took over my old temp service. Every since then i have had delayed checks along with everyone else i work with. The first time they tried to blame my old temp service because i was in the middle of transitioning. Stayed with their service for a couple of months and just yesterday it happen again. They sent a txt to everyone saying they are aware of the issue and trying to fix it and that it will be fixed by the end of the work day and it never was. I am now missing $650 from this company and it isnt the first time. Which im pretty sure is also illegal for any company to delay/hold your check. I signed off and left the company i worked for simply cause this keeps happening. They expect you to do your job but dont even do their own when it comes to your pay. Id give negative 5 stars if posible

Lisa is the nice one, Alma on The other hand is a real witch! If your lucky enough to get to talk to Lisa then u will have a great vistit. Usually we always got Alma smdh. Rude, and mean. How do they expect a deaf girl to call in if she is DEAF? Freaking idiots!

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I put in an application through facebook and received a text 2 days later. Went in same day I received the text and immediately went to work!

The receptionist was not helpful to me at all! It was like she hated me but she didnt wven know me!

Zero stars should be an option. Note to self, read the reviews. No accountability and almost nonexistent professionalism. I applied, they reached out through email. I responded with all pertinent information per their request...never received confirmation. I called to follow up...they never called back. I wasted the time and energy of physically going to the office to inquire about my status and confirm my availability, still nothing! I can’t advise anyone to stay away but I can say “proceed at your own risk”.

DO NOT GO HERE.I worked for this place for a week and I was let go due to my background check EVEN THO I let them know up front and in advance EVERYTHING I had going on. All they care about is getting the next person on their list. They don’t care about the employees they only care about themselves. They are nice at first but once they have used you any you’re placed somewhere they could careless about you. They will NOT help in anyway when you need it afterwords. They reported to my insurance I was working full time which I am NOT and now my Insurance is gonna be terminated because they won’t give me some sort of letter saying I’m no longer working for them. I specifically told them I did NOT want their insurance but they still signed me up rushing me they the hiring process and now I’m going to be uninsured. To say I’m mad is an understatement. Most of the people working at the Bentonville location are rude and mean even when I was super nice and just trying to ask a question about getting a paper saying I’m no longer working there.

Unfortunately I did not read reviews before going through the trouble of applying, I could’ve saved myself wasted time. I had a clerical interview scheduled for weeks in advance that was then cancelled and moved, things happen and while I was out the cost of childcare that day I looked forward to the rescheduled interview. I walked in today for my (email confirmed) interview and was told that it was tomorrow. More wasted time. After calling around to figure out where the disconnect happened, I had to give up. Nobody wanted to be accountable or offer solutions to help solve the issue. Don’t trust a company just because they say they have core values, trust a company that actually lives by them.

Decided to give Staffmark a try over a year ago and just rating now. I was seeking help recently for a friend and saw the Staffmark in her area (las vegas) had horrid reviews (lots of 1s and 5s) so I checked this one (mine) out of curiosity. When i first joined it was frustrating because i had to fill out a bunch of info and then basically spell out my entire resume for them (for the companies they send it to) so that part was understandable. I worked with Janet Silvia and it was really helpful to have a 2nd pair of eyes looking for jobs and help me get a foot in the door as a temp than some random person off the streets. After about two weeks not really hearing much back I called up and asked if they had ANYTHING at all (to bring some money in) and Silvia pointed me to a 1 day job behind the desk of a major company. I worked that 1 day and got requested back 2 more days because the previous clerk had an emergency. On the last day, they called me with an offer from another big company that wanted to hire me right away without an interview! (Lucky!) There are a few hiccups where I kinda felt ignored at times but Silvia always got back to me within 1-3 days when I asked questions, and sometimes sent in emails asking if she got my previous one. I was patient and friendly (important to boost your agents want to help!) and im sure she had a lot of people asking her for things other than just me. There were a few times I felt ignored, but I was never abandoned and where some things might have felt more unfriendly/blunt, I realize its hard to convey emotion through text and kept staying patient and friendly. Meeting her in person she is actually very attentive and kind so i kept that in mind lol. She really did give me a lot of attention when I asked for it hahah, but mostly it was just waiting things out. When i took my new job, waiting out the contract sucked but now I have been working with the current job i got with Staffmarks help for over a year now, fulltime. I recommend Staffmark to people seeking work as a secondary tool and backup to finding a job! It should never be leaned on as a primary job seeking service or you may be in for disappoint, but in my case it worked out well and Im happy it did. If I ever find myself out of a job, I will be looking to their help again cause I am very unmotivated in job searches, hahah xDTook me maybe 2~3 weeks from signing up to claim a job with their help. If you can do it faster, so for it! The majority of my communication was through email (preferred) and i only called her maybe twice (1 time to request any temporary thing she had since I was seeking fulltime work but was okay with a temporary gig) and met in person once.I dont believe they job seek anything over $20/hr (Except probably some management jobs) so if youre more high in standards or a higher skill set, probably skip them. I was looking for clerical work so they worked well for me.

Worst staffing service ever. After this contract is up I will never use them again. People do not call you back. When you call to leave a message they are rude. I have had nothing but a horrible experience with them.

They are pretty good overall. At time theyll said oh theres no jobs available yet they are posting in craigslist they do have. But all the times ive gotten a job through them its been a good placement

Do not use this company for your staffing.even when you sent your pay stubs on time and your supervisor sends them as well you will not get paid time to time they will say they never received it.
