I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years now, and it’s only gotten worse. When all the vacuums are full and clogged, and MOST of the time there is trash over flowing and on the ground, and you have this many employees standing around doing nothing. It’s highly irritating. And now that the prices have gone up on the membership, I’m not a fan of paying more for having to move my car from vacuum to vacuum trying to find one that can well, actually vacuum. I don’t know if management has changed yet, but this manager here at this location, is horrible. Ive spoken with him before about issues, and his very unfriendly monotone attitude is very unprofessional. They really really need to have this location fixed and have a new manager that actually cares about it. I hardly go to the Rogers location, because I’m never on that side of town, but theirs is always perfectly clean when I go there. I’m just unlucky to have this location near me. 🤬

In April I cancelled my membership. Almost a week ago I received a notification that I was billed for a subscription and then again 4 days after. My support case with them has been opened for 5 days with no response.

2.51/3 the back side of my car was not even touched. Not even streaked. Not worth $20!I forgot about the photos and have added them now.I did follow the link and submitted my experience. It was followed by an automated email that customer service would reach out to me and all I hear is my normal ringing in my ears.

Didnt really get the bugs off... still had to hand wipe everything. Plus is free vacs that are seriously strong... but the cost of the wash seems high for streaks left and seeds still hanging off the tailgate etc.

Regular zips service, which is okay. However this is the only zips in the area with a spray and cloth center that customers can use to detail their cars - its located by the vacuums. I didnt like the price increase recently. Instead of 9.95 like I had been paying for years, the basic membership is 20.00. thats a 100% increase! Oh well, I pay it because its still the cheapest around.

Auto wash does a great job and the monthly membership, if you choose that instead paying each time, is reasonable. Vacuums are in good working order.

Im blown away by the service Ive recieved the last few visits. Sarah goes above and beyond. I asked about tire cleaner and she said its temporarily down..but after returning she has taken the time to clean them herself. Great choice in hiring her. Thank you Sarah. This is a good car wash - the staff are considerate and move things along quite well. The manager, Adam, is very customer oriented. Try Zips in Brntonville, I think you will be well pleased.

Washes my car great. Looks like theres been some new graphics along with them adding the smelly stuff back during the wash. Wish the tunnel was longer so it would dry longer. You need to expand this location.

Went in for a wash at the bentonville location yesterday and my car looks awful. MAYBE half of it is clean. The back windshield is the worst, it looks like a bar code of clean and dirty streaks, you can see clear marks from Im assuming the vertical cloth strip curtains and then streaks of dirt that was practically untouched from the car wash.

I always go to this place often to get my car washed. People are very professional and always happy to help

I have a monthly membership, I am amazed at how Inconsistent each of the locations are. Some of the locations that I go to I am extremely pleased some of the locations that I go to it doesn’t look like a demon to a car wash.

Service has always been good to me. Especially the Manager seems like a pretty personable guy.

Theyre fine. I often get spots missed. And sometimes the spin brushes are too close and they collapse my side view mirrors in.They say you can go back through if they missed spots but its such a waste of time if you have a monthly plan. How about you just get my car clean the first time?

I really am not a huge fan. Every time Ive gone in the last two years at least one thing is broken. I cant get the best wash because it sprays black grease all over my wheels. The dryer is a joke, too.

General good job of car washing. However this particular location is in need of updating. There is obvious rust on drying blowers and vaccuums are not always working properly or wit adequate suction.

The wash part was ok.. Would give higher but the vacuums werent hooked up and the ones that were had the hoses clogged with garbage so the didnt such anything up.

Decided to get a car wash which we normally never budget for. Paid $12 for it to spray soap all over my car and then nothing happened. The bristles didnt turn, the big round scrubbers stayed to the side, no colored foam came out the water to wash it all away never came, even the dryers and the sign at the end that tells you when to go didnt turn on. At first we thought it was funny and pulled around because surly they would correct it. An employee who was more concerned about showing off to another customer throwing water bottles in trash cans like basketballs and making a huge scene said he would Allow us to get another wash... When we pulled around they had one lane coned off so we went to the other - they opened the coned off lane so we had to wait until they realized they had to open our gate instead. Once we got to the front the manager came out and said we were suppose to manually stop our car in the middle of the wash because their sensors are picky..? Once explaining again that nothing in the whole car washing process worked he finally waved us through. Once we pulled out of our second car wash we got out to vacuum and my car was washed off but not $12 clean. I could have done it at home for free which is what we will stick to. Also you would think that a manager would come out to do a follow up and make sure everything went fine - no. Not at all. Hopefully this experience was an accident but it doesnt look like it from the other reviews.

Used to love this place, but the quality and maintenence is degrading. Usually need a couple of passes through, and this sites scanner has trouble reading tags. It is still a reasonable place to get a vacuum and a quick dust off washing.

Run down and not maintained. The was only half works. Dont waste your money. I have been to this location many many times. Some before it changed to Zips. Some before and some after the remodel. Most times I have visited, at least one entry lane is not working and traffic is backed up. Most visits, the first mutter is not working. I will be using the Walnut St. Location from now on. I pay for a car wash. Not a car rinse.

I have a membership here. I like the carwash because the water they use is soft. That leaves no spots.

Went through the Bentonville ar zips I left and when I got to where I was going which was 5 minutes down the road I noticed many scratches on my truck that wasn’t there before I went back and the manager said there was no way his car wash done that I showed pictures of my truck that was taken 3 days prior and there was no scratches he was very rude and disrespectful

I am a rideshare driver and always use this carwash. It is excellent. The only complaint I could possibly have is the fact that they are not open 24 hours a day, and sometimes I need my car washed earlier than 8 AM. Their hours are 8 AM to 8 PM so for the most part they are flexible.

I just came from Bentonville location. Again the guy only sprayed the front and drivers side for prewash. I have complaines before and still no improvement. I canceled my membership d/t a temporary change in income, I dont believe Ill be reinstating anytime soon.

I have tried to cancel my subscription multiple times and NO RESPONSE! DONT RECOMMEND!!!

This one on Walton needs help. Driers do not dry qnd the employees doing a prerinse do a shabby job. This location is not compatible to the one on walnut.

Very good, excellent. The wash is fully automated and the crew are so obedient and helpful. The monthly membership is so good to have. There are different types of wash available and customer can choose anyone out of them. Will keep visiting the place quite often. Overall fabulous experience.

I love coming to this car wash. I would not advise coming between 10 AM and 1 PM though. It is extremely busy. It also looks like they have installed new vacuum cleaners. I look forward to using these when it warms up a little bit.I have a membership and sometimes it takes 2-3 passes in the wash to get the harder stuff off.

This place needs maintenance! The draping wipers dont move anymore and the dryers dont all work, leaving a lot of water on the vehicle.

Basically this car wash will get your car about 90% clean. Thats not too bad. You still have to touch up a few areas on your own but for the most part it does okay. I dont like all the disclaimers. As soon as you roll in and pay theres a list of all the things that they wont cover because of their machines. I had to reach out my door while I was inside that car wash and fold my mirror in so I didnt get torn off.

Love the vacuums but often find myself wishing that the section was just a little more powerful. The wash is great, even on the cheap test selection, which is always appreciated.Staff are friendly.Even when this place is busy there’s always a vacuum and I don’t worry about the wash line taking long at all.

I purchased a membership here for 3 months and I must say it hasnt been the greatest experience. I own a black car and keeping it clean is already an uphill battle. It seems half the time I go through this wash, something is not working. The cloth strips seem to be broken the most and they just drag across your car not doing anything. I also pay for the most expensive membership for the most feature packed wash they have. Half the time the tire shine isnt even there. Several times Ive gone through and the presoak soap doesnt get applied. I have canceled my membership and will not go back. With what they charge for a wash and as busy as Ive seen them, I would expect their equipment to be far more dependable than what it is. When all is working, its a good wash. I gave two stars because the staff always seems to be friendly and they will stand at the kiosks ready to help with payment.

Formerly Boomerangs car wash. The prices went up and they became Zips. Still a good service though. However, coming from Atlanta, Ive yet to find a car wash in NWA where you get out at the end and are granted full access to free vacuums, an endless supply of free cleaning rags, free Windex solution, and tons of free scents/deodorizers to spray in the car...yes, these places exist, believe it or not! They were commonplace in metro Atlanta. This place just offers the free vacs and to be honest, the suction strength is rather lacking sometimes.

Came to get a car wash. Huge lines. Buying car wash: “no upgrade” option didn’t work. I had to add “wax” option just to get check out. Looks I was not the only one who dealt with this.

Let me start by saying that I enjoy going to the zips car wash. However, not the one in Bentonville! I’m never going there again. I have the membership but when I drove up to the kiosk the machine didn’t scan my barcode, so I tried to call the office so someone could come out and help me or at least open the gate so I wasn’t holding up the line. No one picked up. I had to pay just to get the gate to open. Finally when I arrived at the front I spoke directly to the attendant explaining what happened. He THEN went into the office to give me a refund but a week later it will hasn’t arrived. And the other reviews are correct the machines inside constantly broken. The strips just hung there and didn’t move at all against my car. Take my word for it and visit the car wash in Rogers Pleasant Grove.

They will happily double and triple bill you!!! Then way 30+ days to speak with you and demand bank statements.. lolSpoke with 2 DMs with zero empathy.. Or any real customer retention skills.. I have done business with them for 8 to 10 years in the Knoxville market. And no tell how many times they have double dipped my credit cards 💳????Very unhappy and no desire to return!!!!!!!!!

The employee was extremely rude and yelled at me for doing nothing wrong and the machines left rubber streaks all over the hood of my SUV. Not a pleasant experience. At least the vacuums worked

Much of the machinery does not work or does not work well. I always have to go through twice, at least.
