I called, 30 min later tow guy shows up. Super nice guy very professional. Ive used Bentonville Towing for over 20 years and they always do a great job caring for my car.

Had a tire shred on the highway at 70mph. Got on to the shoulder. Called roadside assistance and they said it would be almost two hours for anyone to get here to get us safely off the highway!Made a call here, they were there in 15 minutes. Josh was terrific. Very calming to to very scared and rattled women. Took excellent care of us as well as our car. Can’t thank them enough for all the help!!Would give 10 STARS if that was an option!!

Literally had to wait for another Tow for a bout 2 hours before they told me they were busy. Then I called these guys, and I must admit that was some pretty great pricing and the service took about just under an hour start 2 finish.

I want to give a huge shout out to Bo. I called and he was on the way to help me out. When I got to where I left my truck - it had already been towed by another company. I had to call Bo and cancel and relay the story to him. He called back a short time later to tell me he had found my truck and shared my contact information with the wrecker that the city was utilizing. He went above and beyond to help me out and I wasnt even technically a customer. Exceptional customer service that is above and beyond and expectation. Thank you a ton Bo for your help!

My husband was in town around the middle of July doing some work when his dodge truck quit running on the side of the road. Bentonville towing was actually recommended by another tow service because it was a truck and trailer and they couldnt accommodate both. Rick arrived in a very timely manner, and was able to tow both for a reasonable price. Rick was very courteous and, from my husbands mouth, set a new standard for professionalism and was very knowledgeable in his field. We would certainly recommend them and will use them in the future for any towing needs when we are in that area!

Used them for my 1960 elcamino and now my FJ cruiser had a fuel gage that decided it wanted to read 1/2 when was empty, they were quick to get me fuel and didnt charge extra for fuel like some companies do. I really appreciate that, very professional. Thank you

My moms car broke down and after dealing with roadside assistance through her insurance company for 4.5 hours, I was beyond irritated and decided to call Bentonville Towing and take care of the issue ourselves. They were friendly from start to finish and very reasonably priced. Not a place youd ever want to visit in the theres never a good time to get towed sense, but in a tough time the staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

Called and they said theyd call back before sending someone. Didnt discuss price or service at all and sent someone without calling back. Told them I didnt want it because I had something better coming. Said Thats not entirely true. What the hell does that even mean?

Needed a tow for a car I had purchased. Rick showed up relatively quickly. I needed to go from Bentonville to Springfield, Mo. Just about 440 for the whole trip but Rick was super nice.He kept me up to date when I got home and called him to find out his ETA. When he showed up he backed up and slanted his flatbed to put my car in my garage for me with out pushing it.Well we made some small adjustments to the car fully in the garage and rick helped us push into place. Thanks for the help of getting my car home!

A young man by the name of Will Cody came to my aid because my electronic ignition would not start for me. He of course was able to start the car and showed me several different ways that the car could be started should this happen to me again. He conducted himself in a polite and understanding way. I was very impressed. Easily worth the service charge!

So this is actually 3 reviews. The first two times I used Bentonville Towing it was a very pleasant experience. They were fast, professional and got my car to the shop quickly. The experience I had yesterday was significantly worse. I got a flat the other nite and put a donut on, they next day I went out and saw the donut had gone flat. I called BT and they sent a driver out to me, he said he wanted to try to air the tire up, that maybe I could make it to the shop on that tire. He was able to inflate it quickly, I thanked him and then the told me I owed $40!! I asked if he was joking and he just stared at me. I was blown away that a 2 min tire inflation would be that much, I would think some places might charge a few dollars but for the price of a tank and half of gas I was able to drive my car 3 miles. If you need a tow theyre pretty good, for anything else Id use someone else.

Actually the men who work behind the counter at this towtruck shop deserve four stars but because they hired a tow truck driver with a bad 80s hair do, who is rude and obnoxious and acts like he is on a reality TV show picking up repoed cars instead of picking up a car that was in an accident. No roadside manners at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone just because of that man. Id feel horrible recommending this place to anyone and that man show up

This place is always here for me when I need them, with low prices, and fast and friendly service. I called around to other places close to me, and they still wanted $50 more than Bentonville Towing charges, so I definitely recommend them!

We had a Chevy 4500 breakdown on the side of the hwy. They picked up the truck within 30 minutes of our call and got it to Tims Automotive Repair where Shane got the parts installed upon arrival that OReillys rushed to him so our driver could get to his destination in time to return to his Marshfield MO home tonight. Kudos!

I was having the worst day. I was on my way back from a job out in the middle of no where MO. when I heard my tire pop and run off the road. I was pretty shaken up. I called Bentonville towing and Will showed up in a matter of minutes. He was so helpful and considerate. He keep asking me if I was ok, which I was not. He was so kind to me. When we got to Walmart auto to drop my car off he took care of everything for me. When they told me it would be hours before they could get to my car I asked Will if he could drop me off at my house since it was so close to wal-mart? He did without hesitation.
