Bob is an example of a business owner who does quality work at a more than reasonable price and truly cares about the value that he brings to customers. He replaced the seat back leather on the drivers seat that had a built in monitor, media outlets and a cooling fan. In order to replace it he had to carefully disassemble the seat, fit the new part and put it back. Not an easy task. Well, Bob did the work in a few hours, ahead of schedule and at a price that youd never be able to get at a dealership. Hands down the best experience I had with auto repair in a long time. Terrible business. Bob agreed to upholster my seats, had my springs in his possession and lied to me for TWO YEARS! After two years of checking every few months on progress I found out he lied about any work he did. Excuses after excuses for years. Because Im a woman, he didnt take my project seriously and one of his excuses was that he didnt think I could afford it when I had double the cost ready in the bank. One of his former employees warned me about him and I should have taken his advice. USE ANYONE ELSE.
