I got a quote here for a dent to my door and they quoted me for work that was not even related to the damage. My car is brand new and this was an unfortunate accident where a cart just hit my passenger side door yet they quoted to remove my front and back bumper...I felt uneasy immediately and went somewhere else that is well known for quality service. They quoted $1,000 less!

They were awesome, and friendly thoughout the entire experience. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received, and the end result of my car. It looks great, and runs great! One side note that I found funny, was that the adaptive headlight warning was still on the dash, so they said I had to go to the dealership to get the code cleared. Three hours later after arriving at the dealership the next day, they said the plug just wasnt seated correctly haha 😂. Im still very happy with the end result, regardless of a minor hiccup. Worker flipped us off in traffic ruined our whole vibe for the morning, my two kids saw it. Scrawny Hispanic guy, was turning in front of us at a red light, should have made eye contact or something he did not have the right of way, an was just turning without “communicating” that he was turning. If someone could tell him to not try to provoke men twice his size that would be good for him.... luckily my husband has self control, unlike the idiot who drives the blue Honda

Their name says it all; I went to every body shop in town and even to some in other towns and they gave me the best price. My car has never looked better. This is the second time Ive used them and hopefully I wont need to again but if I do, they will be my first and only stop.

They went so far above and beyond. When I arrived to pick up my car I found the outside of my car was washed, but even better the inside was cleaned as well! Ok. My car was totaled so I never actually got it fixed here but I still had the BEST experience. They answered the phone every time I called, they took the time to walk me through the process and they kept me up to date whenever something changed. I would highly recommend; they went above and beyond even when they didnt have to! I now know why it is called BEST collision.

I hit a deer they fixed me right up!!! I was so upset. I had about 4000$ worth of damage they were amazing had my car back no signs of anything ever happening in a less than a week.

Late post. This place is the best. Friendly service and fast repairs. Got my baby back on the road in no time. Personable people too. They are great people as well as extremely experienced. I got backed into in my new 2018 charger sxt and they had it looking brand new in 1 week. Highly recommend. IF something happens again with my car I will most definitely be going back here.

I had my vehicle repaired here they repaired the dent but missed the rest of the repairs plus broke a corner in the bumper when they were reattaching it. It looks like they hit it with something and totally ignored it because it was on the opposite side. Unfortunately I cannot prove to them that the car did not have that damage before it was taken in. But I am 100% sure it was not there before I took it in. My insurance covered all my repairs dnt understand why they ignored what they did. The scratches from the damage prior was also left alone they did not bother to mess with it. The brake light was supposed also be repaired because of the damage it took on the prior damage and they did not repair it. Cannot believe how they can just get away with this.

We are unfortunately frequent flyers with Best Collision. Kevin and team are always professional and diligent with repairs. They handle everything g with the insurance company if that’s involved and provide constant updates along the way. I would recommend them to any and everyone.

They did a very good job of repairing my car and did it in the timeframe and cost they said they would.

Went in and the were very straight forward with the process. They called me to let me know things were a bit delayed due to more damage being found. Which is understandable. Communicated with me when they said they would. The Work looks really good. Looked in all the places I could without disassembly. Update. After going over the car, my passenger side door glass has a nick in it, might have been there but didnt see it even though I clean the car once a week. The passenger side handle was not working from the inside. Which is an easy fix, but was missed. And the engine bay is much dirtier than when I brought it in from all the polishingor other work done near the vehicle. Left some masking tape in fuel door. The paint work is awesome. Just didnt double check a few small things. I fixed the door, and am in the process of cleaning the engine and left over polishing compound. They do good work, missed some small stuff.Update: Brought my car in again.. I would rate 3.5 if I could. I took some stuff I wanted painted in and they did good on the grill and front end parts. There was a small hole drilled into the grill that my other one did not have, but paint looks good. Would have preferred not to have the extra hole. The spoiler I took in wasnt quite what I expected. It has a couple fish eyes in it, and a depression that looks like someone pushed on the clear before it completely hardened. Next time I may try another shop. Not because they are bad, but I could have probably achieved that level if I did it myself. I have painted things in the past and had similar results. Was hoping for a slightly higher standard, but I agreed to no warranty due the grill pieces being as intricate as they are they couldnt sand all the small spaces. They mentioned initially it could take longer than it did. So they were quick, but I would have waited for better results on the spoiler. They did do a good job on matching color.

I wouldnt trust anyone else to work on my vehicle they do a fantastic job detail the car and left it spotless

Brought my car in for some work to be done and the paint match on my black car was like night in day in the sun. Check the pint match IN THE SUN. They wouldn’t repaint my car after they painted my hatch dark grey instead of black.
