Great selection.Thought my watch battery was bad, they tested it, said it was fine, but maybe the [analog] watch needed a little lubrication, oiled it, and sent me on my way. No charge. This is the kind of down home, old fashioned service thats hard to come by these days. And this is why places like this get my repeat business before the big guys.

Poor repairs on watches several times. Always requiring return to the factory. Never called with a quote. Owner argued about a poor fitting crystal. Factory said work was substandard. Finally learned my lesson after being a customer for 20 years. Could have been easily avoided.

Very disappointed in the service they have given to my daughter over the last few weeks. She dropped a ring off on 7/17, was told it would be 1 week. She called a week later, it wasnt ready, told her to call back early the following week. She called back, still not ready and they told her they would check on it and call her back. No call back. She has been told several times since that they would call her and give her a status. They never call. Last week she was told to call Friday or Saturday, she did, they said call back Monday or Tuesday. She did, they told her yesterday they would call back this morning, no call. Finally today when she called again she found out that the ring is at the casting shop still and they would call her back.This was her grandmothers anniversary ring and she is very upset to say the least. A simple call with an update would have prevented this review.

I have been looking for a deal on an engagement ring, and after a little looking Youngs was the best deal. An excellent assortment to choose from and excellent assistance. They resize at FAR better rates than all others i had been looking at, half price to a fifth the price of competitors! They gained a long term customer in me. Highly recommended.

You couldnt find a more honest and lovely people! They have loyal a loyal customer in me. I had gotten my high school graduation ring there in 1995 and have only gone there since. They have fixed my grandmothers ring that lost a diamond and they built a new crown to gold the new diamond in place. Now they are resizing her ring to fit me. They are extremely fast in my opinion. Usually a four day wait where others would says weeks. Not to mention they didnt mind my 4 year old playing with their granddaughter and having fun. Very down to earth folks!

Selfless service! My pregnant wife went there late on a weekend afternoon bc her wedding ring was suddenly impossible to remove & cutting off her circulation. They took excellent care of her and the ring while solving the issue. Highly recommend them now since they have now solved 2 issues for me without trying to bankrupt the family.

Had a diamond replaced and prongs repaired on my wedding band, my watch battery replaced and my pearls restrung. Repairs were done in a week, my jewelery looks beautiful, and I would not hesitate in the least to recommend this jeweler! Friendly, knowledgeable and in my opinion old school jeweler - he knows what hes doing!! This is not like going to a chain store where they hire anybody who applies, then sends your stuff off. I could not be happier and I am a customer for life!

Dont have a clock repaired at youngs. They kept it for 4 months. No communication. Said cost 450 dollars for repair. I didnt have it repaired and when i got it back a part was missing. Not good business.
