I called around looking for a good, but reliable towing company and when Newcomb answered the phone, the very nice lady answered and helped me with exactly what I needed. I used Newcomb towing when I had to tow a couple of different cars in the same day. They are amazing! They’re SUPER affordable, like surprisingly so…they were also quick, helpful, friendly and reliable. I really can’t say enough good about this company. Brandy was a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service. We requested a tow, and in the 30 min. wait time, our car ended up starting. We called to cancel the tow at the same time they showed up. They were very polite and “glad” we didn’t need them after all. No charge or sneakiness about the now- unnecessary tow at 8:45 at night.

Had a blow out and couldnt get off the interstate. Was between the cement center wall and a bunch semis going 70 MPH the driver probably saved my life. So it was a good experience !!!

Very quick and efficient! I was traveling from out of state in the Benton area when my car broke down. Not knowing the area very well, and having no one I knew near, Newcomb towing made it easy for me to get my car to a repair shop that would be open the following day (Saturday). I was told that it would be only 30 minutes and $60 for the tow. Not so bad right? Well after waiting over an hour and half the tow truck finally showed up and I had to pay $69.72. Extra because I didnt have cash. Didnt care he was late.

Our Roadside Assistance was going to tow our car, but leave us stranded, after it died on the interstate. We are states away from home and have 2 young kids with us. Rodney, with Newcomb, came to our rescue, saw us on the side of the road, and brought the whole family and our car to the nearest dealership. As it turned out, their drivers were all busy but they contacted another towing service for me, setup the tow & called back to let me know the estimated time of arrival. Very nice & helpful dispatcher.

We had our car STOLEN then recovered by the police, subsequently towed by newcombs. The detective on our case told us to take our report to them there will be no charge. That was confirmed by the Newcombs employee over the phone! We get there to pick up the car and we were told it would be 230+ dollars to get the car out!!!!!!! What??!!!!

I was on my way to Hot springs and blew a flat on interstate 30. I don’t know the area, and after 20 minutes of calling different places Newcomb came to the rescue. I was told that my truck would be towed to the shop to be fixed before the shop opened. The truck was not picked up till 2 hours later after we called to find out what happened. The company is less then a mile from where the truck was to be picked up at.

My sisters car was totaled and they were the company who came to get her vehicle, when she went to get her things as soon as she could there was money missing from her glove compartment. Imagine that. Do NOT use them, even if this was an employee who took her money then the owner should have handled this the correct way with them and they didnt. We just had to cut the loss, so everyone needs to be aware that this is one of those companies that cant keep their hands out of a single mom with 3 childrens belongings. Use a different wrecker company!!!!!

We had our vehicle stolen and the thief also stole someones trailer. One tow truck was used to pull the truck and a second for the trailer. Our vehicle wasnt released to us until we paid both the towing fees for the truck AND the trailer (that doesnt belong to us.). The staff was also very rude when we questioned why we were responsible for both towing fees.

Newcomb Towing, is an awesome service!! Very professional and extremely kind hearted. An elderly gentleman had missed the turn into a fastfood business in Benton, and his vehicle ended up in the ditch. He was humiliated about for having turned too soon. I waited with this sweet man until the Newcomb Towing arrived. They got his SUV out, didnt charge him the $125.00 it would have normally cost, patted his arm and told him to have a nice day. Wonderful guys!!

They use your tow to prey on people and use it as a reason to tack on fee after fee and a legal way to extort money from people. They do not make it convenient to be able to get your vehicle because no one is currently at the office and then when they are in the office, they try to add additional ridiculous fees! I was told as well as my son they wouldnt charge for the additional day, they would help us out. When I pick it up, they suddenly changed their mind. Ridiculous and rude!

Didn’t come like they said and ignored our calls and wanted too much for a spare tire! Definitely NOT RECOMMEND.
