Been coming here for sometime now. And man they do great work. Everytime we come here they are quick and do great work. They are super friendly and very happy people. Thank you for taking care of us. We will be back for an awesome service.

Let me start by saying that I have been going here to get my nails done for around 6 months (every 2 weeks) and have never not been pleased with the outcome, except for yesterday. Went in for a fill as I always do yesterday, and paid $35 for a single color fill, that was only grown out 2 weeks, so barely any at all on short-medium length nails. The nail polish was chipping by the end of the night, which might have been from the tech painting my cuticles on some nails. Had to go somewhere else and pay to have them redone. The shape was off, and I paid the same amount (35) for the fill before this one with TWO different mermaid colors, which leads me to believe that I was overcharged, especially for their to be polish on my skin surrounding my nails and for the polish to be chipping by the end of the day. I normally pay $25-$30 for a fill with gel polish and sometimes two colors which stays near flawless. Will not be returning for anymore of my nail needs.

They were super sweet and did a fantastic job on not only fixing both of my half ripped off thumb nails, but gave me gorgeous gel polish! The tech was really knowledgeable in providing me with the different types of techniques they could use for me! I never get my nails done but when I can go back it will definitely be here!! My gel polish lasted what felt like forever! First time gel polish customer and I loved it! Want to try Gel Nails now to get the length! :DThe colors are difficult to see with my lighting I had to work with. They are a dark plum purple and a silver glitter (with tiny bits of gold glitter) accent nail! The pictures are awful, but my nails were Fabulous! Im not super fancy and Im constantly cleaning something so no jewels added for fear of them falling off or scratching my toddler.

Got my prom nails done here. And I am in love! Really sweet workers and a very enjoyable environment. I definitely would recommend and will come back! I come 45 minutes just to get my nails done here and it is worth it.

I called this morning to schedule an appointment the earliest they could get me in was 2pm. (I called at 8:44am) I showed up for my appointment at 1:58pm. I was told to wash my hands and sit in pedicure chair. I sat there for 35 minutes before getting up and walking out. I called and was told that they see people as they show up. I asked why I scheduled an appointment than only to be told all I can say is sorry than she hung up on me! I tried to call back and got a recording telling me my number had been blocked! Wow just wow. Dont waste your time or money. Nails start lifting and falling off within the first week.

Mediocre at best. They had us pick or color and sit at a chair. They left us there without running a soak. As other people came in they did the same to them some waited 20 minutes or more this way.. I go for the pamper experience and I did not get that here..the work wasnt bad but just didnt get the customer servicewe are accustomed to recieveing. First and last time at this salon

Absolutely amazing every time. I went to another nail salon recently and they botched my nails. I went into City Nails in hopes that they could save them, and they went above and beyond. They are all so nice and so patient. They did EXACTLY what I asked for.

I have to say that these are some of the slowest specialists I have ever had to experience. When I arrived there was a small wait which I didnt mind but when I was finally called it took them almost 3hrs to do a pedicure and manicure. Dont get me wrong I was pleased with the end result but be prepared for the long wait

This business is beyond rude. They are focused on getting customers in and out and do not care if you are satisfied with your nails. If you ask them to fix anything, even once, they will drop you or charge you $10-15 more than other customers and label you difficult. Stay away from Amy and Jane

I asked for.a deluxe pedicure. All she did was lightly rub the lotions on me and then when jt came to the hot stone massage she used cold water to cool them down which defeats the purpose. When I asked her why she rolled her eyes. First time there, wont be back.

Jane always goes the extra mile for me!! I drive all the way from Conway because there is no one else like her.

Nice place,staff friendly...did great job on pedicure

My daughter and I went there for her birthday weekend two weeks ago. They greeted us when we walked in, which was great. We told them that were were getting a pedi and a full set. They sent us to the back for pedicures. We waited about 10 - 15 minutes before someone came to services us. I may have waited longer. The gentleman that worked on me clipped my skin a few times even saying ow and pulling foot back slightly didnt help. He was not made aware of the service that I was getting. He finished the basic pedi, and I tried telling him I that I had the collagen sock, but he didnt understand. I asked him to pass me the list and I would show him, but he didnt understand me. Another worker passed by and I asked her a couple times and she was able to understand me and passed the list over. What was even worse, is that we couldnt even enjoy ourselves for another customer staring at us through our souls from the time we got there until we left.The Pedi was finally done and it was time for the set. I sat down and they finally decided on who would do my nails. The young lady that did my nails was distracted the entire time. I asked her to cut my nails down to match the other nails since I had 3 broken on the other hand. I would have paid for the full set, but wanted to get acrylic on all on my nails. She cut them down into the skin and continue to cut the nails that were already broken down in the skin, until I started pulling my hand back. She has an appointment come in and left me to take care of the customer sitting right next to me. Even after she got her soak started, she never came back to finish my nails. I sat there 15-20 minutes with fake nails glued to my nails with no acrylic. Finally someone else came over to finish my nails.For two days, my fingers were sore and swollen. They hurt to touch. It has been two weeks, and it is time for a fill, but I dont think I will be going back here for my nails. Theres a lot of extra acrylic on my nails and it is not sealed. I cant really take them off now since the girl cut all my nails off, so I will be finding someone else to fix them. The Pedi, more than likely. My feet are soft, they look awesome, and no shaving like most salons do. After the gentleman found out what I ordered he was awesome.

My friend & I both got the most expensive pedicure since it was her birthday. The spa part was fine, however both of our nail polish on our toes rubbed off. Mine rubbed off twice while in the salon & after I got home. They can say I didnt let it dry, but it was 2 hours after I left the salon before I got home. I did not put my shoes on. They did not clean our toenails properly prior to applying the polish. We will not waste our money again.

Today was my first trip to City Nails and I had such an amazing experience! The staff was so warm and welcoming and they could not have done a better job on my nails! 10/10 recommend!!

I love this store! But some of you guys need to work on your attitudes. The older guy that works there seems like he always has an attitude. I have caught very bad vibes with the one older guy an a woman named Kim there. The older guy was doing my pedicure an he asked me a question but I did t quite understand him so I asked him to repeat what he said an all he did was stare at me.. even the customers were looking around waiting for him to say something. Also I went in to get my eyebrows done by Kim because she is the best at doing it. I walked in told her what I wanted.. the whole time she didn’t say anything to me. When she was finished she still didn’t say anything.. she just walked to the register and literally stuck out her hand for the money. You guys are great at what you do be the customer service is something you guys should work on.

My friend have me the recommendation to go here because the other place I had been going messed up my nails the last two times I had been there. I am so glad I listened to my friend, Amy did my nails perfectly! I can’t stress how well she did! I’m so in love with the shape and quality of this set. I defiantly will be returning and making appointments with her every-time!

City Nails is the only place in town I will go! I am an every 2-3 week customer and am always satisfied. They are very accommodating and work with my hectic work schedule. They always manage to get me in with short or walk in notice. Best free hand design I have seen!

I am new to the area and had not found a nail salon that I liked until I came to this one. Every time I went to get my nails done at the other locations I had visited my nails would break or they would cut my cuticles or just rush through it. But city nails gave me a great pedicure and acrylic set. And the staff were very nice and polite. A++

I love this place so much. The staff is nice, even the ones who dont talk, and they do a great job. I got acrylics done here for the first time and I was really nervous on how they would turn out. I loved them. I highly recommend this place.

The best place to get manicures and pedicures. Ive been coming here since they opened and I always get very good service. Me and my daughter drive down from searcy just to get our nails and toes done. They are very sweet and always make sure we feel welcomed. Love them and would strongly recommend them.

I had three good, and one very not good experience. The lady that did my nails, flooded my cuticles with gel polish, and did not attempt to fix it. I was told it was fine. I am a return customer, who will not be returning.

City Nails is the only place in town that I will go to. Jane has done my nails for over a year. She is awesome and very professional, they are very accommodating, I always make an appointment to respect their time and service that way I don’t have to wait. All the workers were very nice and got my nails done fast and we barely had to wait and they gave me exactly what i wanted.

I go here all the time for big events to get my nails done. Everyone there is so nice and I always have a great time. Everything is very clean and they always do an excellent job on my nails, no matter who does them.

Horrible pedicure. Didn’t hardly touch my dead, dried cuticles. My favorite part of a pedicure is the massage...yeah it lasted maybe 1.5 minutes. Long enough to rub the lotion all in. Probably the worst pedicure I’ve ever had and I get them OFTEN. Only gave 2 stars because the paint job was good.

Most horrible pedicure Ive ever gotten in my life!!! I will never go back, i still have dead skin on my feet, polish on my skin and no message and i got the expensive pedicure. The man rubbed my shin bone, i think Im bruised, he didnt rub my feet at all. The water was cold, they didnt use hot stones, towel was even cold, lotion stunk. Ive never been so disappointed in my life! I cant express it enough!! Oh and no one speaks English so you cant tell them what you like i tried but they didnt understand!

Workers are not friendly stood in shop 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence!!! The least you can do is ask what Im getting and point me in the right direction!!! Great work horrible customer service!!!

Probably one of the worst pedicures of my life. The person obviously didnt want to be working because she never said greeted me, said hello, never spoke to me but as soon as she was done she went right over to talk to another manicurist and her client, laughing and pleasant. For $45, I got almost no massage, no lotion, no cuticle help until I said something. If Id paid for the basic $25 pedicure, Id be quite ok with the pedicure, but I didnt, I upgraded, sadly I didnt get an upgraded service.I get it, its feet, they arent glamorous but Im leaving feeling ripped off.
