I had to take a day off work to get a window repaired. I had scheduled it a week prior and talked to them the day before the were to arrive. The next day after I had stayed home from work, they didnt show up. I had already paid for the glass panel; to be ordered or would call someone else. 4 weeks and no repair done.

I would recommend they for any glass work

I’m not certain why getting a small glass repair turned into no-shows, but it did. I called after Thanksgiving to have a single pane window replaced and was told that it would be take care of just a few days later. Those days came and gone and I never heard from them. I called them back. I was told they would have someone take care of it that day. Once again Nothing... I called the following week to verify just in case I misunderstood in addition to giving a credit card and agreed to pay the extra fee for them to come out to measure the pane. I was told it would be taken care of that week. Once again Crickets... I called back the following week on Monday and just told them to forget it. I give up. This is after more than two weeks of getting the runaround. It’s sad because they used to be awesome at customer service back when I worked at State Farm. Bummer... I found someone else.

This is a great company, and I couldn’t imagine doing my glass oriented business elsewhere. The employees are top notch and have always been professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I’ve had them do everything from replace entire commercial store fronts to installing residential shower stalls to cutting simple replacement window panes. Each and every job was completed to my absolute satisfaction.

I have been trying to get them to come out to my house for over two months to replace windows. I keep getting told they have measured outside need to measure inside. Setup several appointments and they either cancel or dont show up on time.

Thank you for installing the shower doors in my guest bathrooms. They look fantastic. Adding the beveled mirror to my bathroom mirrors transformed my bathroom so much. I also love the full length mirror installed in my master closet. Im was very pleased with the service I received.

No Customer ServiceJones Glass did an ok job on the windows they replaced in my home, but they were incredibly difficult to work with and customer service was nonexistent. An employee came to measure the windows with broken seals that needed replacing but evidently did not make any kind of notes about which glass was defective. He spoke to my husband and looked at the inside and outside of the house. Months later when the employees came to fix the windows, they asked me which windows they were supposed to replace. I said that I didn’t know which windows were supposed to be replaced, so the technician guessed which windows were to be replace. He guessed wrong. When my husband called to discuss what happened, one of the owners stated firmly (and somewhat aggressively) that I had told the technician which windows to replace (which was completely untrue). I had to go to the shop to talk to the owner about correcting it and making the situation (that was their fault) right. The owner was condescending to me and kept insisting that I was “confused.” I can assure you, I am not confused and am not confused about who will be getting my glass business in the future. After about 5 weeks, I had to call back to remind them to fix our windows. When they finally came back out, the tech said, “Which window is it?” Unbelievable! This company has some serious problems with using a pencil and piece of paper.Bottom line- Do NOT use this company unless you’d like to wait about a year for work to be done, be accused of lying, and be talked down to as though you’re a child.

Great, professional service. They measured my window, ordered the new one, removed the shattered one (it was in a million pieces) - every bit, and installed the new one. Looks great!
