Have used these guys at 2 different locations and they have been great at each place. I forgot to put my can out 1 time and they got it and emptied it anyway. Very friendly and nice to deal with.

They have to be some of the nicest people Ive ever interacted with. They are there when they say they will be, always answer the phones themselves, nothing automated, and are more focused that youre happy than just taking your money and calling it a day. Youre a person, not just a number. Very satisfied!

The best. If I forget to put my cans out, they grab them and empty them anyway. I have three boys and we have a lot of trash and they always collect if I have extra. I recommend them to everyone and would never use anyone else!

Lady drives fast through residential neighborhoods not slowing down for pedestrians or children playing. Two people in the neighborhood yelled at her to slow down and she didnt. Speed limit 15mph and I couldnt read the writing on her vehicle the first time she drove by she was going so fast.

Worst business Ive ever dealt with. The time I paid them was the last time they picked the trash up. Called 2 times and talked to them in person about me having a new can and they said it was all ok, they failed to pick up 2 weeks in a row allowing the trash to get destroyed and strown all over the yard over night and all he had to say was well you can come to tull if you want to and get your money......how hard is it to stop, empty trashcan and continue on? Good thing I have recorded calls and videos of them passing slowly and driving off, plus getting my money off the porch. Good luck with these unprofessional workers.
