Took my Mac desktop and MacBook in to be fixed, there were issues recovering my files from my old hard drive, he took extra time to fix. There were some communication errors, but he resolved the issue in a professional, kind, manner. Both my desk top Mac and MacBook run smoothly.

As someone who has limited tech savvy, I dont always know the terminology to explain what my computer is doing wrong. Although I use words like haywire, strange, and out of whack, they keep working with me until they are satisfied that the problem is resolved. If the device is not worth fixing, they tell me and dont give me a hard sell spiel or try to capitalize on my lack of expertise. Theyve also looked up electronic replacement items for me on Amazon and recommended the most suitable product for me at the best price available.

Dropped my Galaxy S6 off for replacement of the charging port at 5pm one day and it was fixed and fully charged by 8am the next day. Fantastic and quick service, and super happy that they didnt crack my phone when prying it open! Price was $69 which was way cheaper than getting a new phone!

My laptop needed a button replaced and after they informed me that they whole keyboard would need changed I ordered they keyboard. A few days later I took my perfectly working laptop for the keyboard to be replaced which I told was a quick and easy fix. The older gentleman took the battery, the back, and the keyboard off and then took my laptop to the back where I witnessed him take an air compressor and blow my laptop out. When he reassembled my laptop it would no longer come back on. When I mentioned to him it was fine before he messed with it he raised his voice and was very ugly and told me “ I won’t allow you to blame me!” He said he would keep it over night and fix it so I agreed but the next day said their was nothing he could do! I’m now out a laptop a week before school starts! And yes he has been reported to the BBB! Just a fair warning they seem friendly but as a businessman he should have offered to compensate someway for my loss!

The guy who runs this is a complete joke. Brought my computer in to fix a power supply problem and he says all these other problems like my hhd and cpu processor and all this nonsense and that itd cost me well over 500 dollars. I said forget that id take it somewhere else. He then tried to charge me 75 dollars for a FREE diagnosis. I pointed it out to him and he said because he had to take off the side cover hes charging me. How else do you diagnose a computer problem? I took my computer down to the actual computer repair place Gadget Pros (btw they named their business Pro Gadget Fix to steal their customer base). Turns out my computer power supply fried. 50 dollar fix. If I could theyd be receiving -5 stars.

Brought two computers in that were about to be discarded and the folks at Pro Gadget fast made them better than new and I spent less than I would have if I had only bought one new one. Customer service was great and answered all my questions.

Called and inquired about having a screen replaced on my Galaxy S4 Active as it was cracked. Took the device in to the store only to have John remove the screen protector revealing that it had take the abuse and left the phone screen intact. We were both surprised that the screen protector had done such a good job...far beyond the scratches and scuffs that I assumed they were good for. He totally could have gotten one over on me, but was honest and fair.

We took a disabled friend to get their desktop all in onefixed because she got that big fake microsoft page that took her monitor over and I didnt know anything about this company but she used them before. The girl, chasity I think, on the phone said it should be about $169 but she got a call saying it was very badly virused and it would be almost 300.00 when she said she couldnt afford that he told her to come get it. I took her to get it and he gave it too her missing screws and we took it somewhere else. We are older, in our late 70;s and you would think some respect would be shown. The place e took I to fixed it for less than 100.00
