He stopped what he was doing to change it so I could get the car back to her so she could take the test. I made it with a few minutes to spare, please tell tommy she past her test!! Thank you!!

Dubs is the absolute best in all of Saline County!! He fixed our Jeep so we could give it to our grandson after he made Eagle Scout. The price was very fair for all he did and he explained everything to us!! I highly recommend this auto service!! I would give 100 stars if I could.

My husband and I always use dub’s when we need work done on our cars. We always get an estimate before he does any work. Sometimes it’s hard to get our vehicles in due to so many who use this shop but its always worth the wait. Fair and honest mechanic that doesn’t over charge for service. Highly recommend.

I have never had a single problem with Dubs. Its nice to have somewhere I can send my car and not get taken for a ride (lol). Seriously though - Dubs has integrity. A+++++ :)

My 2007 Honda Pilot had the check engine light on and multiple cylinder misfires, but my trusted shop didn’t have an appointment until the next week. I called Dub’s Auto Service and they got me in the next day. I left my vehicle on Tuesday, so they could work on it the next day. Wednesday was passing by and I hadn’t received a call with an estimate, so I called the shop at 4:20 PM. Jerry explained to me the work that was done without my permission. While I was on the phone with him, the tech returned from a test drive and said my car is good to go. I asked what the total was and he said $440.74, which seemed high for 6 spark plugs, one coil pack, labor to replace the parts, and compression check. The next morning, I picked up my car and received the invoice. I researched the parts at the local Napa Auto Parts store and discovered I had paid over 50% mark up over the cost of parts. Total charge for 6 Laser Iridium spark plugs NGK 3657 and one ignition coil IC520 ECH was $125.21, but I was charged $192.25. I was also charged $10.50 for “shop supplies”, but I can’t think of any supplies that are required to replace spark plugs. A “hazardous materials” charge of $2.10 was also on the bill, but iridium sparks plugs and ignition coils aren’t classified as hazardous materials. Labor was $210 , but no breakdown of hours was given. I’m guessing I was charged two hours at $105 an hour, but I can’t be sure. My trusted shop charges $90 an hour, which is average, so Dub’s is above average by about $15 an hour. If I’d waited until the next week I’d probably only be out of about $350 instead of $440.74. On the positive side, my car is back to normal and seems to be running good.

Harder to get to see than your doctor but they can find the problem and fixit and let you know about what it will cost beforehand , and do excellent work. Highly recommend and reasonable labor rates
