These people have been great. When I was rear ended and needed repairs on a super short time span, they worked with me so I was only without my vehicle for a short time. I recently had a rock hit my windshield and they recommended an excellent guy to fix it - literally had my windshield fixed in 30 min after I called them. Glad theyre close by!

After purchasing a gladiator off the show room floor they had used it in a golf tournament or something so the top and doors were off. When they replaced the doors they scratched up all the hinges. First issue. Second issue I specifically asked about Jeep wave and the maintenance that comes with it and was told they no longer do that so I purchased a maintenance plan. This is my third Jeep and my fourth vehicle that’s affiliated with Chrysler dodge Jeep I should have known better but guess what.. my Jeep has Jeep wave. When I called and talked to finance about it not a single person knew what Jeep wave was, I had to drive down there to cancel my maintenance plan. They said they would sand down the hinges and repaint them and when we picked it up it looked like a 3 year old blobbed some paint on them and the lady from the body shop was EXTREMELY rude when all I did was call and ask if my vehicle was ready. We are extremely unhappy with this purchase and next time we will take our business elsewhere. Also when I showed my salesmen the scratches he tried to blame us and said they were rock chips. There was so much miscommunication and they said this they said that we left messages for management and never received a call back. Don’t waste your time!!

Polite and helpful. They were very busy when I took my car in for repairs. Yet, they were polite and helpful to us all. If I need repairs on a vehicle Ill take it to them.

I dropped my 2015 scion tc 9.0 series off this morning for rear bumper repair. If their work is as good as their customer service then I will extremely happy. BK was very helpful and kind. Well after a lil over a month this is what i got. Will be taking it back hopefully with no other problems,,,,,,,,Bk got me fixed up and took care of the issue. Great customer service!!!!!

I hit an animal during the Covid-19 outbreak. The lobby/waiting area was spotless as was the garage. Took the car there Tuesday morning and it was ready by Thursday evening. I couldnt make it up to Benton from Pine Bluff that evening, they had no problem with me picking it up the next morning. The work was perfect, I couldnt be happier with the repairs. Also the car was washed and vacuumed which was an added bonus as it was filthy when I took it there.

I was in a 🦌 accident that caused nearly $9000 to fix. Got my vehicle back in it runs 👍 and look brand new. These guys are super friendly and does a fantastic job 😊. Highly recommend.

After my son hit a deer I was told to meet a Geico representative for an estimate. Landers Body Shop in Benton had a representative on site. He looked at my car, put an estimate together, gave the estimate to Hannah, she had the car pulled around to the shop where the car was repaired to look new again. This was a smooth process, Landers Body Shop did everything for me. When I got the car back I was more than happy with their work. And the really good part, it was ready a few days sooner than they first told me. I would recommend ANYONE in need of body work and or paint work take their car to Landers on Hwy 5 in Benton. The work seems to be great . Only problem I had was I never knew what was going on with the car. Finally had to call and just so happ6it was ready to pick up that day. Just a little more communication would have been great.

If you like nightmare car experiences, this is the place to go. We were involved in wreck on 3/8, insurance approved repairs on 3/14 and we took it to Landers Auto Body. We were sure the car was totaled based on mechanical and body damage, but Landers came back with an insanely low quote, which we were pleasantly surprised with as we wanted to keep the car. After not hearing anything for weeks, we were contacted by the insured-at-faults insurance on 4/2 wondering why we had kept the rental car so long, as they had heard from the shop that the car was ready. We left work early to go the shop to pick it up, only to receive a phone call just as we pulled in saying that they wanted to keep it for one more day.We went back the next day (4/3) to pick it up after-hours and found that while the body work looked fine, five different lights were tripped on the dashboard (oil, check engine, ABS, hill start, and the general warning light), the valve lifters were loudly clicking (which they didnt do pre-accident), and the inside passenger door handle was stuck in the open position and inoperable. We left the car there as we didnt feel safe driving it home.The next day we called the insured-at-faults insurance and told them that we needed another rental car as the car needed further mechanical work. Landers basically said whoops, we missed some sensors that need replacing and said told the insurance that it would take three days to fix. When we finally got a call on 4/12, we went in to find that while the door handle was fixed and most dash lights were cured, the valve lifters still loudly clicked and the general warning light indicated that a sensor was most likely still not fixed. We did not accept the car as fully repaired, to which we were told well their insurance isnt gonna like that and that service has already looked at it and they said it didnt have any problems.On 4/15 we received a call from insurance saying that our car had been totaled, and that if Landers had done a more thorough job with the initial inspection and reported everything that they had eventually fixed on it, that it would have been easily totaled a month ago.

Had a bumper replaced on my new car after minor damaged, they told me they only needed it for 2 days. I took it in on early Tues morning and finally by Fri afternoon at 5 it was ready. When I arrived, I inspected my bumper only to find multiple scrape marks across nearly the whole bumper, as well as the front bumper lip spoiler (wasnt damaged at all when I took it in) was scraped up as if someone carelessly used some sort of install machine that caused damage to it. They said oh that will buff out, but I thought why didnt you buff it out before you presented it to me? Also a paint chip on the new bumper that was explained away as being a rock chip.How was it a rock chip on my new bumper that you just installed and I havent drove since its been in the shop, I will give them props for replacing the spoiler lip without any charge to me, But it all couldve been avoided had they used more care with my new 2018 Challenger with less than 2400 miles. Also about a year ago, I had a Charger that met up in the right place at the wrong time with a deer. So i had nearly 3000.00 in front end damage. Landers auto body did my repairs, when I picked it up I didnt inspect it, due to my ignorance, I assumed it was in pristine shape, but later noticing that I had paint over-spray on my windows and windshield, one headlight was much brighter than the other, if I hit a bump in the road my headlight would flicker, and the headlights no longer shined at the same angle. My car looked like it had some sort of disability. I did call them to inform them and they agreed for me to bring it back but I never had a chance to before I traded it. So basically I think the guys in the back are very very careless with your costly investments. This particular shop has also been known to drive your vehicles in a personal manner while in their possession. I cannot state that as a fact but I have been told several stories, including instances from an ex-employee. The Agents in the front were all great, but the finished project done in the back was sloppy and careless . I thought it would be a great place to go since they specialized in Dodge models but I will not take another thing to them, I will use someone that cares about my investments as much as I do.I only gave it 1 star and thats because it doesnt allow you choose zero stars.

Really nice and quick

I took my car here at Landers Auto Body in Benton AR and they had ready in fixed right up same week. BK was a great help on getting my car in and fixed up right and right out. There body shops in Benton and Little Rock location hands down are one of best auto body professional shops in the State of Arkansas I recommend anyone to come get there car fixed at any two location if Benton make sure ask for Bk.

Josh Burchfield answered all my questions and walked me threw the process making me feel very at ease. I got My truck back very quickly, and it looks GREAT!! I couldnt be happier with my whole experience there!

They did a good job on getting my trucks front end repaired after a minor collision. I was happy with the quality and it was quickly completed. I will mention they billed my insurance near $5500 for a repair I was quoted $2-3k for from 3 other places. I went with them because they work directly withmy insurance company. I pray I dont ever have to go through this all again. I dont believe just because you can that you should over charge companies. Its us everyday users who eat it in the long run in raised premiums. Ill get off my soap box. Id recommend landers.

Did excellent job when repaired in past. Had left bumper damage from someone side swiping my car. The total charges for repair was $505 billed to other partys insurance. Took my car in for a scratch...literally a scratch. Keith Vaughn called it a dent even though there is no indentation while looking at it from the side. The estimate was $498. REALLY? For a scratch less than an inch. Give me a break!

When I wrecked my vehicle I was unsure what I needed to do or even where to begin. BK was amazing and helped me every step of the way and worked directly with my insurance. Landers auto body shop had our car for 3 weeks and did awesome on the body work and paint job and had new tires put on. When I got into it and drove it home the inside was so dirty and the tires werent even clean. It looked like several people were in it bc of all the nasty marks on enter door panel and feet marks on the bottom of door and dust on dash windows smears. It was nothing like that when it went in. I knew I should of taken it to Sallys Body Shop at least I know I would of gotten it in better shape and clean on inside and out...

I recently took my car to Landers Auto Body on Hwy 5 for a paint job. I have to admit that I was extremely nervous leaving my car seeing that I had never taken it anywhere other than BMW! I needed an estimate for my Chevy cruze and I called to set an appointment. The lady on front desk said I dont have to make appointments. So I walk in the next day. Then the lady up front says, you have to have an appointment and you will waste your time coming in to our business. She clearly was giving false information. I went somewhere else and they helped me in 10 minutes...

Great Job guys! We most recently had our 2013 Dodge Durango shuttle car fixed there after a tow truck ran into the back of it. It had to have the bumper replaced and re-painted and the lift gate repaired and repainted where it dented the edge. It also needed both left rear tail light assemblies replaced. I took it over to the shop in Benton and they had it all done in 2 days. Thanks Scott!

After a rocky start with BK on the first repair our communication skills got a lot better between the two of us. I have taken 3 vehicles for repair to them in the last year very convenient for me and the cars have looked like new once I get them back every time.

Had my car fixed from a fender bender a few years ago. When I pointed out a part they had left off, the manager told me I could buy it online instead of... you know them putting it back since it had nothing to do with the damage and was clearly just something they had to remove to get to the damage.A few days later we had a a really bad rain storm and my windshield wiper came loose on the interstate. It was a bad enough storm that visibility without wipers was nearly 0 so I had to pull over and fix it near the Hot Springs exit, and you know how dangerous that area can be.If you can avoid this place, please do. Extremely unprofessional and shoddy work.

I am sorrily disappointed. Dont go here!! I chose them to repair my truck after an accident. They had the truck for a month. When I received the truck back, it was clear right then that it would have to come back because it wasnt right. I have taken my truck back twice since and its still not repaired correctly. I have called the service writer leaving a voice mail on several occasions and he never returns the call.

Would not recommend taking any kind of vehicle to Landers for anything, had my vehicle there and had to take it back 3 times after they finished it because of problems, still not completely fixed.

Sorry but their estimate is 40% higher than I received elsewhere,They aint gonna rip me off.
