I have lived here for well over a year and I would like to say I have had no issues what-so-ever. Oh and there are no roaches unless you bring them with you. You could live in a million dollar mansion, but if you had roaches before then they are going to follow you to the mansion. So it’s pretty unfair for someone to bring that up.Cheryl is very nice and I am hurt to see someone write such a mean comment about her. You want trouble then you will find trouble anywhere you go, but don’t put down an innocent person like that.You also have to understand that they are running a business so her job is to make sure you can pay the rent. I am sure she is well aware of how much you need to make to live here and anything below that could be a potential issue, eviction for non-payment, and all the mess that comes with that. These are not HUD apartments, so tough decisions have to be made Banks can’t give loans to everyone, I’m sorry but that’s how the world works.Cheryl and Eagle Properties have been very fair to me and my daughter and frankly have left us alone to live our life.Our apartment was in great shape was in great shape when we moved in.As far as the comment about losing 270, I assume that is for two $35 application fees and a $200 deposit. They let you know if you choose not to move-in then they will keep the $200 deposit because they now have to list the property again and have lost rent they could have been making.You can’t make everyone happy, but I don’t have a single complaint one. I would recommend Cheryl and Eagle Properties to anyone.

I tried to apply today but they said that me and my sisters income was too low . It’s very unfortunate that a apartment is not willing to work with anyone who can pay their own bills regardless of how much income they bring in . So thus the nice lady is saying she doesn’t want my money . So I will take my business else where . Do not lease with these apartments because they are a unfair business establishment . Or that they are not willing to take a chance on two hard working adults and that’s sad . I’m very unhappy with eagle properties as a apartment complex y’all need to do better business . They did me a favor by not even accepting my application to see if I would get approved or not . So in my opinion that was very rude of her . And on top of that I have my first month rent so money isn’t the issue . It’s ur lack of trust in ur community. And even if I was making the right income that they supposedly go by I will never in my life lease with them because they have no compassion for people . No compassion means no heart or soul . That is bad business as an apartment complex. I highly recommend a change in rules because people shouldn’t have to be turned away when they want a place to live and can pay for the place . This is a sad world we live on today .

I just finished my 1 year lease with EP and was very impressed! I rented a home on Sagecrest and it was a great price. The house was built brand new and my family was the 2nd to live there. The maintenance crew does a great job of getting things done. The office staff was very professional. I highly recommend using this company for rental property.

Never rent from them. They are money hungry people. Cheryl was very rude when I called her out on her bs. Never again.. I hope you all enjoyed my $270 that you kept.

Ive only been living here for two months but it is by far the nastiest most run down place ive lived in. not to mention ive called 3 times within the past week about a sewer smell in my apartment and nothing has been done about it. dont waste your time or money here, i regret ever moving in and signing the lease. 10 more months to go!

Its alright for an affordable rent. However, the roaches should be paying rent too...
