Not rate the tree service. Rating is for customer service. They never answer the phone.

Luther and his crew made short work of several pines I had removed from my farm. Fast, efficient, fairly priced. This is my second job with Luther and I will call him again with any future needs.

Had an agreement with them last year to trim my trees. Still waiting. They have rescheduled many times, but no show, no call that they wouldnt be there, and no attempt to reschedule. I had to call to reschedule. Called dozens of times and left messages. No return calls. They never answer the phone, says to leave a message.

The good: free estimates. They are fast. They are cheap. If you are willing to move your own grindings away they will drop the price.The bad: they ran over a wire flower pot and didnt care, just chucked it out of the way. Flowers flying everywhere. Directed to focus on the stump not the roots going out. After I cleared about 8 wheel barrows worth of dirt and grindings, I found they had missed the stump. They did a great job on the roots i told them I didnt care about. They ground deep next to the stump but the stump itself is still there. If I cover the area with dirt as I was planning, Ill be able to at most have 1inch of dirt over the stump. Next to the stump and around 7+ inches. I called several times and explained what happened. Each time they said they would send someone out right away. No one ever came and no one ever called back. I guess you get what you pay for...

Had tree removal done 2 times by luther and his crew. They do quality work in an amazing fast time. I will use them again in any future tree work needed.

They told me my job would start june 18th hasnt started yet with no phone calls or explanations I have left several messages

They do a great job for a really good price.
