Do not ever go to this location. LINDA TROYER is the worst. She makes mistakes and rather than own them she doesn’t answer the phone and the Customer Service Telecom Locations protects her. Instead of owning her ineptitude’s they play “tag you’re it” games with the phone and does not return phone calls.I visited this location on the evening of January 30, 2020. After inquiring on IRS.gov I found out that my return had NOT been processed as of April 2, 2020. After talking to, an even more inept, customer service representative it was revealed to me that the mistake was on their end. After 19 years at war every tax preparer should know how to file “CTZE” returns. Instead of her passing it to a more qualified preparer she mess up my tax return. To add insult to injury; I was never notified and I had to call them only to be given the run around.“Lesson learned!”“Find a CPA that knows what their doing and abandon these large companies. They are ridiculous money grabs and refuse to admit their mistakes.”Never again!

Horrible service never gave 1500 dollars of my money not even a gift my own money wont ever use them again will stick with turbo tax from now on
