Falsely marked things delivered. Redelivery never happens, and just uncaring about everything. Smh

Worst postal service around.Constantly getting people that live streets over mail,packages either dont get delivered ( like today ) even though Fed Ex had no problem delivering a package today,or they deliver your package to someone else.Example:last summer a package with three hundred dollars worth of contacts was supposedly delivered but wasnt here. Was then delivered by the neighbor three doors down the next day.As for todays undelivered package,went down to post office and complained to ...Asked for a supervisor,now Im not sure if he was one.Took my address and phone number stated he would call carrier and call me to let me know what was going on.Never heard from him so I guess Im trying to hunt package down again tommorow.Had a subscription to a out of town paper I ended up having to cancel as the papers were never delivered.Avoid this post office at all costs.

I love them the women workers are always pleasant they always say when they are a little behind and give plenty of apologies for the wait but it is not all the time that they are busy just when they are they always make you feel comfortable with your wait. They never have attitudes and always willing to help I really appreciate their service if someone goes there show them myComment they deserve a raise they are very patient women

Charge too much to the U.S. Judge and owner. Recycling and then have to pay for your own paper. Say you must have a Face mask to participate in that. Putting that on Corona Virus.

I called them because they lost my package two months ago. They hung up on me. Twice.

They dont deliver my mails. Several times. When I call them 11 times, they never answer the phone. They treat customers like s**

This post office had never successfully delivered a package or tried to. Ive had to go in and pick it up every time. I work from home and they dont even buzz, and they dont redeliver. Definetly avoid using this whenever possible.

Today on August 5, 2019 I was sitting outside with the family and made sure the flag was up because I have outgoing mail to get picked up. Not only did I see the mail carrier speed past the mailbox with the flag still up the carrier still hasnt came back to pick up the mail. I liked our last carrier we had this new one doesnt pay attention. If my bills are late due to the carrier not stopping to pick it up its still out of my pocket for their fault of not stopping at the box with a flag up

I had a bit of a package emergency today. I was going out of town, and the parcel containing some vital items for my trip wasnt due to be delivered until tomorrow. It had arrived to the office in the afternoon, well after the carriers had left for their routes. I made a frantic call to the office and spoke with Leonard. This absolute jewel of a man managed to dig my package out and thereby completely saved my vacation! I hope he reads this, because I cant thank him enough!

1. I absolutely LOVE Mr James, who should be what everyone experiences when visiting the post office. He is professional, friendly, efficient, and very helpful!2. Their package management is horrible. Three packages in 18 months just disappeared once they arrived at the BH post office. Now despite having paid for Priority shipping, we are waiting for two packages that have been reportedly dropped off at BH. They don’t know where they are and keep claiming Covid has slowed down deliveries, but can’t identify whether they even have it. Shameful, and they should refund the priority shipping.Next time I’ll ask the seller to ship UPS or FedEx and skip the USPS

Always losing packages, never receiving, and always have incomplete tracking on redeliveries

I have not received my shipment with my brand new phone. It was sent to wrong address and given to the wrong person. USPS did not make sure they had given it to the right person. Now someone has my phone and can not be found. Im so mad and disappointed at usps. I cant reach anyone over the phone to report my items are missing. Tracking number says shipped but I havent received anything from any mail person😠😬

Call to ask about a package being delivered thats held up in chicago & wont be delivered on day specified, get hung up on before anyone even says anything. Call back to ask same question, get woman who cant answer why package is held up & cant answer why delivery date that cant be met is on their tracking website, then get hung up on again. the US Postal Service is trash.

I expected an order, paid to have it delivered on the before I was moving, so it could be packed with everything else. The tracking message said driver couldn’t access front door, whcin rwally means they didn’t want to get out of the truck and walk up in the rain.Long story short, I contacted PO, who said it was a sub (has happened before). I was told it would be forwarded. Amazon tracking notes say I used the wrong address when ordering!Lost mail being held, super slow forwarded mail, and now this.

First time I visited, I had a missed package slip that I needed to turn in to receive a package. The man assisting me was very kind and helpful. I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes!When my fiance visited, he had another missed package slip that I needed to turn in. This time, the woman working at the post office let a woman who was only a few steps ahead of my fiance into the post office around closing time (5pm that day) and literally LOCKED THE DOOR while my fiance was standing right outside of it (while looking at him too, not like she was blind or unaware of his presence). Seriously? The woman who was ahead of my fiance had a package to mail; all he had was a missed package slip....Lady working at the post office, please let me know what you did with the extra 3 mins you saved today by not serving my fiance. I will definitely be submitting a negative survey for this branch just because of this nightmarish woman.

Stupidest people I have ever dealt with came to get a package with the notice that mind you not was left in my mail box so how would they know if I was home for one .... two when I brought the delivery slip in they not only could not find the package that was clearly listed as being at the post office but had no clue what I was talking about. How do you NOT know what I am talking about with the slip in my hand , How do you know if I am home or not if you leave slip in my mailbox that is 750 feet away from my door!!! Never got my package yet !!!
