I went here to receive balloons for a balloon release as I was selecting balloon I heard two of the workers making smart comments about me not selecting right away because I was on the phone . Then I realized when I left the store I was only given 12 balloon and I had paid for 17!!! Was this intentionally done because I wanted that many?? What a joke. I will make sure I select a different place to get Balloon next time!!!!!!

The people here were very helpful and led me through how to order balloons and gave me instructions on what goes on when you order them (I had never ordered balloons to be inflated before) as well as any covid19 rules they had. I brought in my own balloons and they inflated them plus an extra balloon that I had purchased from them. They were all very nice.

I always enjoy shopping here for the cool decorations and ideas they have. The prices I think are a bit high for slot of these paper/plastic products. I was bummed out that they dont have more variety of colors such as, Burgundy! However, the lady who checked us out today was very professional, and friendly. Which would keep me coming back.

Found what I needed. Other than cake boxes I wish they sold cake boxes

Nice clean store. So large that in can be hard to find what you need. Wish they had more coupons as their items can be pricey and add up fast. They have a large selection to choose from though.

I store was clean and organized. Things were easy to find but rhay didnt have Monsters Inc. Decorations so I had to get something else. Cashiers were nice and helpful.

With no fault to the staff working on a Friday evening with only 2 to manage the influx of customers and balloons orders. The two handled it well. Just there became a backlog and a wait that could have been avoided if there were more people working.

Mediocre at best the masks are low quality the Halloween section is shoddy.
