Very rude, young lady at desk scoffed or groaned every time someone walked in the door like staying until their closing time is a chore. Went to exchange gift card for a store I do not go to, she ran the card and said it was invalid, seemed very inconvienced to have to enter the 16 character code again, like there was no way entered it wrong. Way to make an already seemingly depressing place more depressing, congratulations. 2/5 because at least she tried again will be using an online service and never coming back.

The Staff is Friendly and has great customer service, Their Greetings are always with a Smile no matter how their day is going; I know that cant be easy because I have worked in customer service before. Lol
