Quality work w/great customer service yesterday. ***** stars! I will hire them again!

After reading many reviews we chose Bloughs to clean the carpets in a home we recently purchased. They arrived early (after calling to see if that was OK with us). They did an incredible job of cleaning 4 rooms of very dirty carpet and a stairway. They moved as much furniture as they could to clean under and behind it. We left when they were finished. When we returned 2 days later, the carpets were gorgeous. I would definitely use them again.

Chris and Kim did a great job. Great communication. Arrived on time. Were careful and diligent cleaning the carpet, especially a very dirty stairway. They used corner guards, boots and clothes to protect the rest of the house. Overall, great job!

I highly Recommend Chris Blough and Bloughs Carpet & Furniture Cleaning and Restoration. A five star rating is not enough for Chris and his company. They deserve 10 stars! We had a sump pump fail 2/21/18 and flood our basement. Chris answered his phone on a Sunday, came out to give us an estimate the next day, offered his expertise and plan of attack and started work the next day. I have never worked with such a friendly, professional and knowledgeable contractor that worked around our schedules to complete the job from start to finish. Very flexible and works with insurance companies.

The service is outstanding, carpet looks new again.
