I should have read the reviews before I came here. I pulled in 7am shouldnt be too bad right? Nope. 3 trucks in front of me and nobody has moved. They only have 1 bay which for the location is very pathetic. They need to out in an exit path so you can get out. I have 3 trucks waiting behind me now. I dont care if they detail the truck, its not worth the wait to be sitting here so long. Id rather have just went down the road an hour West on I-94 where theres 2 Blue Beacons right next to each other andich faster than this.

Great job. Plus the night manager came by later that night and checked the wash out I had to get on my dry van. He left a note to let me know!

I wished I had made an extra walk around before tipping the guys... I didnt see all they had missed until I was in the sun...chalk it up to experience

Great job! They really took their time and made all the wheels on our motorhome and Jeep tow vehicle shine

They are fast and friendly at 4 am but once the sun came up I could see all the spots they missed.

Extremely SLOW! Only see 2 staff and they are moving like molasses. Been here for 45 minutes now with only one truck ahead of us and still waiting. If you have an appt anytime soon dont come here. We should have went somewhere else.

Dang bro! First time I stop at this BB and this guy are fast! Plus they did a great job with my tractor and trailer! Just came out from snow, ice, mud, very nasty truck and this guys really rocked! Marky is a nice guy, he was making sure tractor and trailer were clean from simple view to every corner. 👍👍

I waited a long time in line, it didnt seem like they were working very fast. What I didnt see was how thoroughly they were cleaning the trucks ahead of me. Mario and the rest of the crew spent a long time cleaning my truck, it needed a bath bad...... They took their time and did a real good job. Its the cleanest my truck has ever been, since being on the road.the one thing that impressed me the most was, they knew they had customers in line waiting, yet they took care to make sure that my truck was done right the first time. The lug nut covers were spotless!!!!! That shows attention to detail. I was impressed and will be back. This is how all blue beacons should operate. Mario should be a national trainer!

They got me in and out but it seems like they werent really paying close attention to wht they got done or hcnt touched yet normally I never have a bad remark towards a blue beacon but today its not a good one.

I do not reccomend coming to this place. Been here many times before but the wash just gets worse and worse. Truck ahead of me trailer doors were still dirty as they finished his wash. I entered to have tractor, trailer and wash out done. Most workers holding the sprayer with one hand and letting it flop around and hit the tractor with the nozzle. Many spots still dirty. Try to avoid this place if possible.

One of the worst locations in the United States. I would have gotten a better wash in a Dust Storm.

So slow im sitting here right now typing this I been in line 90 min in that time 2 trucks have been through... everyone walks around slowly talking to each other and acting like they hate their jobs no hustle at this place

They missed all my wheels. Mud was still caked on. They ruined the fronts with brightener. And they went too quick on the trailer.

Always a long wait

First time at a Blue beacon truck wash.I was surprised how fast this place us able to get trucks out the door. I was even more shocked how fast they found the info for not 1 but 2 separate accounts. Tractor is owned by 1 company and trailer by another company and both have accounts here.I thought for sure things would get messed up due to this complication. I was able to get right in line and washed in a matter of minutes as there was only 1 truck ahead of me. Very impressed with the service, speed and efficiency.

This is the worst truck wash i have seen first not a good service ignorant worker manger not in responding or checking there work i paid 68$ And it was west off money i had to step outside and direct them shoeing them my truck not clean they just wont the money i had reset my ticket(066170494) if i had time i will stay inside and never leave until refund my money left my truck full off spots and my windows all dirty shame on them

This was my first visit to any Blue Beacon location to have my TV washed. They greeted me courteously, and described my options. They knew their way around RV finishes, and I accepted the guidance. This was a good stop at a fair price. Ill be back.

Out of all the blue beacons I’ve been too across the states this one is definitely my favorite one they clean my truck the best and pay attention to detail and also it’s located in my home state so from now on my truck will only be washed here when I’m home in BH keep up the great works guy

Terrible washout job. The exact words by security at JBS, they did a shi**y job! Almost got turned away to go get rewashed out!! This Blue Beacon is a joke. Worst one Ive been to trucking. Tons of negative reviews on here. Seems like Supervisors and Manager might need to be in the unemployment line. Zero stars.

Slow, but typical... except for the fact they have been sending guys out to empty trash cans every couple mins.. last time was 3 guys for 1 can.... wasting time I guess.

Finally...Found a Blue Beacon that is thorough and does a fantastic job. Maybe cause only one baby and 4 or 5 on a truck.

I would go out of my way to go to this blue becon just be careful around the potholes

Terrible location. All they did for $41 is spray my RV with the pressure wands. They didn’t even get the dirt off of it, what a complete waste of money. I’m contacting corporate but I don’t think it will do much good. Never going back to the Benton Harbor, MI location, I would have been better off using my money as toilet paper, would have done a better job.

They do an excellent job of washing walk around with you if you see anything that needs touched up they take care of it.
