Called 4 times... No one answered the phone. I needed my car to be looked at and no one was available to even let me know if I can tow to them. Luckily another business referred me to them and said they were fairly price... Or I would have rated them lower but I heard good things.

Called for rear brakes, said he could do them now. drove to shop, was met by mechanic , he removed drums, pieces broke off, and break line was bad. It was now nearly 4:00 on a Friday, He replaced break line and did brakes, took 2 +hours labor. Thought price was good.
