I recently got a quote thru this company and it was pretty high for just basic insurance. I got a policy much cheaper from next door at progressive. I noticed also that the guy who works for you also parks in the handicapped parking spot instead of saving it for paying customers. Thats very rude in my opinion.

Heather is not very friendly. Basically called me a liar and because I couldnt locate the receipt she gave me with a quoted price for the 7th month of insurance and circled the price herself I ended paying only$10 less than I had been paying, when it shouldve been almost $30 less, according to her. But Im moving on to State Farm anyways where I know Ill be happier.

When advertising that you dont pull driving records you should really include that on your website its only for people 26 yrs of age or older. Thank you for the rudeness for no reason Heather Reed. Instead of apologizing you straight up said if I had a complaint to call your corporate. Should probably learn ALOT better customer service when expecting people to pay 1,400 a month just for liability.

This is a very honest insurance company. If they believe you can get a lower rate from another company they will actually tell you. Im writing this review because I truly think people should know about Look Insurance.

Slow service . clean and sanitary and good rates

Too expensive..... ive had insurance for years but wanted over $150 @ month for PLPD Insurance for one vehicle. No tickets, no accidents and no claims so whats the problem. They say their there to help the people that cant get insured. NOT WITH THOSE PRICES YOUR NOT.

Yeah no they gave me a set price I went down there found out needed cash which was weird but while we were out they jacked up price to a ridiculous amount i got insurance through progressive for cheaper and its high risk
