I was panic stricken, yesterday against doctors orders. I picked my wife up from a physical therapy home. They gave me an empty oxygen tank to make it through the night. And other items of concern that made me freaking out. I entered these folks parking lot and a driver and young lady went way beyond to try to help me get oxygen for my wife. They took me to Justin the operations manager and he helped me through a harrowing time. Everyone there was polite, professional, genuinely concerned throughout my total experience.I truly want to thank the entire staff at Fitzsimmons all should be commended for a job well done.Thank you all.

Whatever system they have set up, is not efficient, especially at Bensenville. Its been 6 weeks since an order for my fathers equipment was placed and we are still waiting. I wish the Tinley Park location would be the one handling the order because we have never had an issue with them. Ive called them several times and theyve given me several excuses. First it was that doctor never placed the order, I confirmed with the specialist 3 times that the order was sent to them. Then is was that my father was on a wait list for the equipment ordered. This kept being the reasoning provided to us. I understand the current situation and demand that these companies are facing is unprecedented but this is no excuse. Today I called for an update, the person in charge of my fathers order told me this order was never processed and that they needed the referral from my fathers doctor. It completely baffles me how one week they tell me they are processing the order and the next that they never got it. They tried to explain that the person who got the order no longer works there. Its disheartening to know these people are lying to you and now I dont know what to believe anymore. Each time Ive called theyve said theyll call me back the next day with an update but they NEVER do.If you need equipment from this location, be prepared to call them constantly. Patients shouldnt have to be on top of the professionals hired to provide aid.

Very disappointed with FitzsimmonsAfter having called in the morning to get the estimated time a technician would be arriving to pick up a oxygen tank. I was given the late window of 5-7 pm.I ended up calling just after 7 pm, then at 8:45pm to let them know that no one had showed up.Its 9:23 pm as I write this.Additionally, no one ever bothered to call me with an explanation !!Never have I had such lousy service . Just terrible.

This company does the job, but does not deliver promptly upon request. Usually youd have to wait for three or four days for the order to be delivered. Sure, we can argue that the consumer should have been thinking ahead; however, the type of curveballs life throws at sick people nowadays makes us question the reality of being alive the next day. We cannot always keep track having many other health issues. This company used to bestow prompt deliveries on demand. Now the story is way different. Stock up.

Outstandingly helpful; came thru for me when I urgently needed a CPAP device during a trip. Were very reasonable in price as well. Highly recommend.

Everyone has those people in their life that are just the most caring and nicest people they no, the people at Fitzsimmons are those kind of people. They will help you in any way possible. They deserve more then 5 stars!
