Would give 0 stars but then I cant leave a true rating. They were called by AAA to move my car and proceded to drive it on a flat tire to connect it to the tow truck. When called and informed this happened, they denied it happened and touted their rating.

Worst Experience ever never book with them so unprofessional

I had a good experience w Cherrys after an accident. Just E of OHare. The tow driver called me on the way to my car, within 45 minutes of calling their dispatch.Parking at their facility is tight, and you may be towed parking on their street! Facility is handy to Foster and 83.

Scam alert:I gave $40 in cash to the driver named Peter after they fixed my flat tire but the driver say he didnt received the cash from me.The driver is a liar and charged my credit card, they double charged me!

I had been connected to Cherrys Towing through my auto insurance provider to get a scheduled Tow. They missed the original 2 hour window they said they would arrive to get my car. I called and followed up multiple times, and each time they assured me the pickup driver was en route and was ~20 minutes away. After an hour of this, the 3rd call I made, they informed me the driver was ~75 minutes away? I had already waited 3 hours by this time, so I rescheduled to have my car picked up the next morning within another 2 hour window. Once again, I called, and they told me the driver was on their way and that they were 15 minutes out from picking up my car. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I gave them another~90 minutes before following up. It was at this point, upon calling them for the fifth time overall, that they told me the driver was 45 minutes away! The upsetting thing for me is that I tried to be reasonably patient, giving them leeway to make mistakes or miscalculate times... But being **consistently** told that the driver is on their way and is only so many minutes out, and then them never showing up, is simply unacceptable and is frankly just bad business. Thankfully, I documented this all with my insurance provider and they will be starting an investigation to remove Cherrys Towing as a referred service provider in the area so other customers dont have to go through similarly poor experiences :-/

My auto manufacturer sent Cherrys Towing to me for a service call to change a flat tire at my residence. Miguel was efficient, courteous, and went the extra mile to carefully place the damaged tire in the trunk, without scratching the rear bumper, and with the nail he found right in front to show the repair company. He was quick and efficient and I really appreciated his attention to detail.

By far the best tow company that I have ever used. After my wheel bearing failed & was towed to the worst tow yard in IL as well as being quoted extremely high by all other tow companies in the area. Cherrys Towing went above and beyond to get my car off of that lot for a reasonable price!. My neighborhood has narrow streets & small driveways but that was no match for Miguel and his flatbed. The owner is very nice & experienced. Exceptional customer sevice & professionalism. Thank you all so much!

Eddie took such good care of us I had pets with me and he made sure to stop and let them relieve themselves because it was a long ride God bless Eddie and Cherrys towing I have been told a couple times in the last decade and never been taken care of as well as I was today I am blessed to have been sent this towing company and Eddy by my insurance company.Felt very safe in cab,covid precautions! Excellent experience during stressful encounter. Will request Cherrys should I need future tow!

It was worth the wait. My driver went out of his way to take care of me. The first tire shop didn’t have my tire. He loaded my car back on the truck and took me to another shop. Super nice guy to add. Thanks guys.

I am extremely upset with my experience with cherry’s towing. I called because I was waiting for 3 hrs and nobody was telling when they would actually be to me and yes I was upset but I should never have been spoke to the way I was. I can tell this woman had an accent so I couldn’t believe when she made racial comments. Horrible customer service thankfully another company came to get me as soon as I called. Highly recommend choosing another company

Cherrys Towing was great. My issue was I caught a blowout and in the process of changing the tire I stripped to the lug nuts. So I called the tow company and they said age rating for out who was able to use a special tool to get the lugs off. I highly recommend distilled company. So if you having car issues and you and the Bensenville area look them up.

Terrible communication! Waited 3 hours for them to tow my vehicle and had nothing but excuses as to why they havent showed up, then they decided they werent picking my car up and never told me and just left me stranded. If it wasnt because I called them I would have sat there for ever.

Cherrys Towing was sent to my aide last night. My car decided that we were going no further & I had to call my insurance company. Yes, there was a little wait but, nature of the beast. I want to thank Cherrys Towing for sending me Anthony. He was totally AMAZING! He took care of me & my car.. as he called her The Senior cause of her miles. They were dispatched from my insurance and Anthony was a great driver. A blast to talk to and very helpful, and he even helped another driver who was stuck in the same lot as us cause he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was safe. He was also willing to tow us to downtown Chicago. Made a stressful situation way easier.

Cherrys Towing was dispatched by State Farm to tow my disabled car. Johnny was the tow truck driver. He made an awful experience less stressful by showing genuine care not just doing his job but going above and beyond to help me. Very personable, helpful, the nicest guy ever. I will not hesitate to use Cherrys Towing in the future.

Complete and total waste of time! Their dispatcher Danny is a full on amateur! I called 6 hours in advance so that they have enough time to send me the right equipment and of course it was the wrong one! I explained to her at the time that may car is really low and a normal flatbed wont do. She assured me that it wont be a problem, they tow many lowered vehicles every day, and that they have the equipment that I am looking for. After the driver showed up with a regular flatbed I called her back and she began making all kids of excuses none of which justify the mistake by her company and especially her! She tried to use the excuse that they dispatched the equipment I need to Geneva, IL like its supposed to make any difference!.. I am in the logistics business myself and trust me when I tell you this is a completely amateur mistake by the dispatcher! The driver seemed like a nice guy but their dispatchers have no idea what they are doing and cannot seem to be able to handle anything other then a regular tow... My car was supposed to be at the location I requested already and now I am stuck looking for another towing company and losing another day. If you need anything other then a basic tow or have anything other then a regular car stay away at all costs!

Terrible experience, had a flat tire and needed a tow my insurance provided this company, they said eta would be 45 min, not only did they not communicate at any point in time that they where running late, i had to be the one checking up and calling them. They picked up my car almost 2 hrs late of eta. I was at my home waiting so they can take it to the tire shop and fix the problem. I get a message when they picked it up and when they dropped it off at the supposed location that i had to specifically pick because i had warranty on my tires still. When i call the tire shop they said it never got there!!!!! Than a whole confusion came about mix with the operator on the phone who is a lady an also the “manager” yelling back and saying rude comments like im “ having a heart attack” like i shouldnt be worried or even mad that my car is not where it should be. They dropped it off at the wrong location and its going to take another 2 hours to get my car at the right location. Shame on them for not even apologizing or having sincere remorse to the situation. Its my daily and i had to miss work and the process that only should of taken about 2-3 hrs tops is 4 hrs in and not even in the right location yet. Worst experience of any business, management is not professional which says alot about the rest of the employees there. Wont recommend this business to anyone. Would give it zero starts but have to at least do one in order to post.

My tire came off due to the ball joint breaking. Called my insurance 6 times to have a tow and out if the three towing companies they called This was the only company to show up. Batman was an awesome tow truck driver Who was very careful with my car ensuring no further damage was done. They will be the only towing place I will use in the future. Thank you!!

Woke up to a dead battery. My insurance company sent out Cherry Towing. Anthony came out. What a fantastic man. I didnt feel like the Damsel in Distress like some tow driver treat woman. I was treated like a person. I would definitely recommend this company. Especially Anthony!!

My daughters car needed a tow from a school to a nearby service center. Anthony was our service person and he was delightful to work with! He was punctual and absolutely pleasant. Based upon this experience, I would call them again!

In the midst of a Blizzard with temps in the negatives this company showed up at 730pm even after i told them i could wait until the next day if need be . but they , and the driver Victor was saw polite and helpful to show up and make sure my car got to the garage it needed to be it . the driver was a youmg guy who had been on duty since 430am and i am sure on a day like today had more then likely had to deal with more rude people then one person should have to , showed up to my house to get my car and was polite and professional , took a lot of pics to make sure that nothing happened to my car . im thankful that in these days there are still companies and employees such as Cherrys towing . great job to all of you , thanks again for the service .

I believe the drivers name is Nuala. He was horrible, do not use this place!! I had to get a tow, my car was making a grinding noise. So I decided to stop and get a tow instead of continuing to drive. I told the driver 3 times not to drive my car up the bed. He did not listen. He rushed my car up the bed and hit the chain and hook and snapped my tire off. Then put my car in neutral because he couldnt move my car because he snapped my tire and he started to jolt the bed up and down hard to get my car off of the bed. My car is now sitting on my tire and my car wont start. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I would like to say how impressed I am by the service I got from the office staff to the driver Sal was awesome by sending pictures of my Mercedes before it was towed and pictures after it was dropped off at the dealership To assure that my car was in great hands and I’m very satisfied Sal is a great driver that cares about your car

The worst experience in my life. I was told 90min before they arrived Ive been waiting over 2 hours. The person who answers the phone acts like Im disturbing his sleep. I would not recommend there service if they were the last people on earth. Very unprofessional, and rude.
