They are pretty great. I got what i asked for the do designs. And they are also great with faces. Currently not over booked or crowded.

Please save your money!!!! Don’t ever come here. They destroyed my natural nail. My nails were nice and long and shaped already but while doing the manicure everything was botched. Instead of fixing the mistake they just shaved off more of my nail making my nails uneven and not shaped correctly. Never coming here again. Plus my manicure doesn’t even look like the reference photo I showed. Lastly, 2 of my nails had to be extended since they broke. And those 2 nails are so thick.

Ladies were really friendly. I went there for the first time. Pleased with the service. My son had never gotten a pedicure. Went there for the first time as well. He said he had a good experience as well.

Kinda disappointed that I paid 40 for a no chip nail color & manicure as were a pair of acrylic nails with no chip was 30. However greatly done. *** 2 weeks later there were 2 nails that the polish peeled right off *** They used to be better for Ive been there few times before. Just so disappointed

Went here with a friend, had appointments for mani and pedis, they were rude, they rushed my mani and pedi and had me finished in less than 50 mins for both, didnt do the basics that comes with a mani and pedi. Then for my friend they didnt know how to do a stiletto nail. Worst customer service ever

I use to come here many years ago when i lived in the area and recently started to come over here again . because when you find quality like this you make the drive over here to get those good quality nails .today i had phil do my nails and he was wonderful and i am bery happy with the quality and the shape and the detail and everything ! i also got my eyebrows done and a pedi and everything cam out great . they did a great job fixing a botched job from a salon in downers grove .

Not enough staff. They make you wait 15-20 minutes and takes 45 minutes to be serviced

I went to get a full set of acrylics and I’ve gone several times. I get inconsistent results each time. The last time I went, the acrylic was laid but then she filed it all down and all was left was the plastic tip that was applied. My nails broke within the same day. Don’t go here, it’s not worth the money.

The lady who did my nails was really nice and would love to make this my usually spot. But i got a no-chip and not even a week and they chipped! Not worth your money

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had a very good experience at #1 Nail Spa. The staff was very friendly. My pedicure was average. My wait time, even though I had an appointment was a little longer than I would have liked, but overall my experience was a good one. The place could use a little updating. I did not smell the chemical smell other reviewers posted about and it was not loud or hot.

Been coming here for pedicures for about 3 years. Have always had a great experience. They do a great job and dont feel out of place being a senior male.

Very bad attitudes and poor nail job. Had to settle because I had a wedding to go to. Will not go here again nor will I recommend. Had no chip manicure, its chipping and on top of that they are turning yellow!!Stay away!!! They will also try to sell a pedicure for more money to you. They kept asking a person that was there and she caved in and got it. Cant do simple designs either.

I give this spa 5 stars only after traveling to other spas in the U.S. and doing the comparison.

Nice people but horrible service. They charged so much for no chip mani and pedi I was not even satisfied. I regret coming here. I would not recommend this place.

Been going there for years because of the proximity to my house, but finally fed up with their disorganization. They need more technicians who are better qualified in mani-pedis; as of now all I see is two. They are all very nice gals, however, no issue there. The last time I went, I was the only customer there so I thought, good, I can get in and out fast. Lo and behold, I wound up waiting for well over half an hour for my regular girl because she took someone ahead of me. I am an excellent tipper, and I lately am feeling like she doesnt want to do my nails at all. I did let her know how I felt. Even if I call for an appointment, it doesnt really make any difference, I still have to wait longer than I should. Bottom line is they need more employees, more talented, good ones. You pay money for a no-chip manicure, or a nice pedicure, you expect a good job.

They need a better ventilation system in the nail salon. All you smell is the chemicals. Ive been to hundreds of nails salons that you cant smell the chemicals.

I went here because I work down the street to get my eyebrows and lip waxed. They left hairs on both eyebrows and lip and I got red patches all over my eyes and lip. They were wayyy overpriced too will never go back.

They only had one good nail tech in there and now shes just as bad as the rest. I suggest take your time and money else where

In and out for an acrylic fill in less than an hour. I had a full set done at a different place 2 weeks ago and i was not happy at all. they were shaped funny and all different lengths. the polish didnt cover the nail at all. I went here on lunch today since i didnt have time to go after work to the other place and im so glad i did! they were friendly and im so much happier with my nails! Thanks for a wonderful job! I will definitely be coming back!
