Have lost several packages the past 2 months that I have ordered from QVC and the last location it was scanned per my tracking is at this post office. Packages never seem to leave this facility.

Ive been waiting for a package I order two weeks ago since Monday May 3rd its been saying in transit from Bensenville office but when I try to track it says no information available. Now Im worried that its lost or stolen. Real bad service

I recently moved into a new home and we went to change our address at the post office and everything was fine. Then all of a sudden my mail stopped coming. Turns out the previous owners of the house I just bought had been receiving my mail at their new address!! How does that happen!? I didn’t authorize a change of address twice. I am very upset because now all my bills are late this month. This is unacceptable and don’t understand how the post office can be so careless. I went again to let them know what happen and ask how come this happened and i still haven’t received a response from them. I’m still not receiving my mail. Its been a couple days!! No response. Unacceptable

It took 6 days from the time this distribution center received my package in Bensenville (chicago) , IL to be delivered to APOPKA (NW Orlando), FL. There were no updates to the Chinese e-packet track #. I was on edge thinking I would not see my item till Christmas. Ordered on 11-1-2020, received on 11-16-2020. 2 weeks from China is decent these days.

Low-key irritated that I dont have my package yet because for the longest time it was saying in transit yet showing this location. I thought I was going to have to drive 4 and a half hours. After calling, they were very helpful in explaining how this pandemic has effected the USPS altogether and helped me narrow down the search for my parcel. Though it wasnt the news I wanted, they were patient in helping me and extremely friendly over the phone.

This post office has been holding my package for almost a week. They will not answer the phone to try and help me with this at all. Judging from the last reviews I’m not the only one with this problem. This makes me upset because this was a gift and has taken almost a month now to get here. Worst post office in America!

I wish i could give this post office a 0 rating. They always lose my packages never try to actually deliver but put update on their website delivery attempted but never actually come even to ever my general mail I been to this location various time and talked to manager to no avail i really dont understand how is this place still open they need to hire a completely new staff there

My package has been sitting in this facility since June 25th... it’s currently July 10th and I’ve yet to see an update in the tracking number. As a postal service company, you have ONE job: DELIVERING THE THINGS PEOPLE PAID FOR!

There are a lot of reviews saying they never got their package but I ordered 5 packages from shein and they all ended up in this facility and I got them all. It took a couple days, but that’s what I expect because USPS is a government entity and every facility has been slower lately because of this whole mail-in ballot thing. I got scared looking at the reviews after waiting for a couple of days but still got all my packages. I had like 2 that just randomly appeared at the Minneapolis facility so I think they just have a tendency to forget to scan the packages.

During this COVID-19 pandemic situation, these guys aren’t doing their best to deliver packages. I have packages delayed for about a month because of these USPS people. Very disappointing. I don’t even know if my packages are lost because they don’t even update the tracking information.

I have not gotten mail delivered on multiple occasions and my dog was always to blame. Most recently, I was expecting a package and I saw the mail carrier approaching. I purposely closed the front door to avoid not getting my mail. My window was cracked and the dog was just barking. I personally saw the carrier not deliver my package or my mail due to my dog just barking through the window.

I have been waiting for this package for days. It is very important to me, and when I tried to call to get help they just said that they were short staffed. I have read other reviews that say they have never even received their package, so I guess I just wasted 50 dollars, because they can’t seem to deliver their packages.

Apparently they are only a distribution center. So the package hasn’t actually came to them yet. HOWEVER, every freaking package come here and get lost? Oh okay. With any other distribution center, my package comes, but it “supposed” to go here and it’s gone? And you call the place and a woman answers and be rude. I don’t know what’s going on, but this center needs to be shut down or reorganized.

Been using this post office for 26 years now and never had one issue with their service. Local mail always delivered on time. Had several mail people over the years and they are friendly and personable to help.

This Post office in Bensenville has great efficient customer service. My deliverys are always on time both delivering and receiving letters & packages. Staff is personable friendly and professional always.

Honestly, if your package gets sent here you might as well call it a loss because Ive been waiting a month. Literally every time I ever checked my package it says its still sitting at this USPS. Like what even. Does any work there? Are they just throwing the packages away? Like i cant even understand. Edited Review... I started out giving 1 star and complaining about this post office due to acceptance pending for over a week on ebay orders. Come to find out there is a fulfillment center there that does about 4,000 packages a day and sends manifest to post office digitally that makes it appear that the package was received and wasnt yet. Post office sends a semi truck to get the packages and once they actually receive the package, it changes to In Transit... This is the day the USPS actually has your package. I suggest using a different seller on ebay that actually has the inventory and ships directly instead of using one of these distribution centers.

I dropped off a package inside the building at this usps location in n Bensenville (thinking it will be faster to move rather than a mail box)and my package hasn’t moved at all for 4 days now which is causeing me too look bad.. I do not appreciate this.This tremendously delays expected eta’s.

Someone at the Bensenville Post Office deemed a package undeliverable to me because the recipient was unknown?! I have been living at my place for over a year!!!! What gives?!?

I had a package sent from a location in Bensenville which by shipping standards is within 1 1/2 hours from my home and it sat there for 5 days before moving. I find that absolutely ridiculous!!! I should have just drove and got it.... Get your s... together, it’s not even Christmas!!!

I see why the United States Post Office has such LOW RATINGS. I am trying to track a package and the automated voice said wait time was 34 -50 minutes. Who I ask has that much time to waste sitting on the phone. My package is being held at the post office located in Bensenville, lL. 60106. It is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS for a package to just sit there, and then you have to sit on the phone and wait for someone to take your CALL.

Its strange that mail that should take 3 days to come ALWAYS takes 7 days if were lucky . Ive been put in some unnerving situations waiting on mail to get delivered. Bought items online, 2 packages from 2 different sellers have been sitting there. Not sure why they arent sending out packages to their destinations, but from looking at the comments it seems fairly common.

Had a package that was a gift come through this postal facility. Never saw it . It was part of UPS Mail Innovations . It was handed off to USPS on 07/14/2017 and my package was never logged in .Given the low ratings for the USPS postal facility in Bensenville, UPS should not risk there reputation by handing off packages to them. It clearly is not the route to go.

Supervisor Java is horrible at customer service. Everyone there is respectful except her. Breaks policy and gave my packages away to different people without ID.

Every day we have different mailman and hard to be sure that they know who is who in commercial part of our building.

The people here are very friendly. The have always accommodated my needs sufficiently as I have had many missing packages.

Get some new employees. Save the government funded jobs for people who can actually hold a conversation over the phone.

It is very slow with only one lady working the counter. They need more people working here in the morning and she was rude.
