I wish I could give zero stars. I have called 5 times with no call back. Apparently once they have you money customers satisfaction is no longer important. I have left my name and phone number every time. Just have one question that they know I am going to ask, because I told them the question ahead of time. No return calm yet. This is the worst service ever. I have an open voice mail they can call at 1 am and pretend they care and leave a message but still Nothing. This is pathetic. Glad I’m not a business owner or self employed.

We have filed with h and r block for many years but will sadly say that this is the last year i will be filing with them. Receptionist was very rude this year and for the 5th year in a row our taxes have been rejected and that then led to being audited 5 years in a row. Get help with customer service skills and math skills

I once had a very bad experience in the Bennington office you made me re-evaluate your office and the service it provides. I can not thank you enough!

You couldnt ask for a better team to get things done with efficiency and speed. They truly helped me in a spot that I had thought I couldnt get out of. I had from 2015 all the way through 2018!!! and they didnt even bat an eye! Rhey are a great team and do a great job! I recommend them to anybody who needs it. even if its last-minute call them up and get in here theyll get you done!

She was yawning a lot and typed in a lot of incorrect numbers then had to correct them.

I had to go in twice to find out about vt state being open so I could sument my taxes it took 13 day to do that.

I referred a family member and was never offered any type of incentive for doing so even though I saw there was some sort of program talking about referrals.
