Shawn was very knowledgeable. His quick response put me at ease, as I had a concern about what was getting into the eaves of my house. There was evidence of access and he great advice during his visit. I appreciated the less aggressive approach and follow up. I would reccomend Shawns business, and would definitely call again should another situation arise.

Called Shawn about an intrusive ground hog. Came Saturday morning right on time. Assessed the issue and set a trap. 12 hours later he came back and carted off the culprit. Professional, polite, prompt, and informative. He is recommended without hesitation. Excellent in every way!

Will have to pursue him to get some of my money back, as he did only half of the job with wasp removal, I still have them entering my house, because he would have had to come back one more time, and he even refuse to take my calls. Definitely dishonesty as he said when he fist came here that he would take care of the problem completely. These wasp as still entering under a siding board that is just above a basement window. It is not the last that he hears from me, something i do not like to do, but must in this case....beware of consumer dealing with him.

Shawn is very knowledgeable about identifying signs of wildlife habitats and their behaviors. I had a squirrel problem in my attic and he lured them out and repaired the damaged areas. Hes also removed several skunks and woodchucks. Shawns been helping me out for several years now - I wouldnt think of calling anyone else!

Called Shawn due to a dead animal in a crawl space. He came out same day and determined the problem and offered professional advise on what to due.We were very satisfied and will use him again if another problem occurs.

Shawn and his son met me at the house and did a very thorough appraisal of the problem, explaining in detail how he would go about resolving the issue. Shawn is very knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced and gets the job done. I don’t think I will need to, but I would definitely use his services again, and can recommend Tri-State Wildlife Exclusion with confidence.
