Coral and her coworker were Amazing! Went through all the needed information for me. Kept me safe by reminding me of my social distancing! Which is not an easy task, especially these days. But, one which was very appreciated. They even pulled out their personal phones so I could see what it is I will be purchasing. The two of them, are exactly the type of individuals you would want to help, not only yourself, but those closest to you as well. And, I havent even made my purchase yet.

It was very unfortunate doing business with this distributor. My fiance asked to pay for a s20 5+ in cash, the associate FINANCED IT without his approval. In addition, the store kept my phone cover to my s9, kept the charger to the new phone, and put a liquid screen protector on wrong. When the store manager was approached, she said it wouldnt matter if the $1400 phone was financed or not it still would of been the same hit on his credit 🙄. $1600 later I have a phone with a messed up screen protector, no charger, and no case to pass my old phone on with. This is not how someone should conduct business. After talking to corporate i found out this store in fact is only an authorized dealer and has had MANY COMPLAINTS against them.

Been to this location 3 times and every time employees were extremely rude. Did not know anything about the products they sell. Save yourself the aggravation and dont go there. You will definitely be disappointed. This place is horrible.

I absolutely LOVE this store and its employees! The Staff is super friendly and they have a wonderful selection of phone and accessories to choose from. As soon as i walked in I was greeted by Andrea I explained to her what i was looking for, and very politely she explained she was new and if i would give her a moment she would get someone to help me. I appreciate her letting me know she was new. She came back with another girl named Katie she was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to get me just the right items for my device. i was able to get the items i came into the store for very quickly and the two girls were a absolute pleasure to talk with! I would highly recommend this Verizon/Go Wireless location to everyone. When its time to upgrade my phone I look forward to do so at this location and with anyone from this store. 5 very big stars!

Went in for a screen protector for a new phone. Cost was $42. The technician installed it there. An hour later I realized my phone was working very poorly to not at all. Tried to return the product but was told they couldnt take it back. Seems unfair if they are the ones selling a faulty product. Honestly I would have gotten it from Amazon where they are 2 for $10 with excellent reviews, but Im getting on a plane tomorrow. Pretty unhappy about losing $42 and having wasted the time at the store, plus Im now traveling with an unprotected phone... :/

Tonight my husband and I really needed a new phone as soon as we walked through the door Coral greeted us and asked us how she could help. From there it was cake :-) I cant thank her enough for the amazing customer service and making our transition so wonderful. We had a wonderful experience. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure you are helped and have a great experience. I must say this is 100% better than the experience you would get at a corporate store. The staff are all helpful and interested in what they are doing and what you need. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Oh my goodness, what a great experience!I have been in the store on two separate occasions and have been waited on by Kaity Croft and Lauren Davis, they are both fantastic!I love that these ladies were willing to meet me where I was at. I am so disappointed by the experience I just had at Verizon in Bennington. When I expressed confusion about the plans and the phones, I was belittled and demeaned in front of my family. I was scolded that I was not listening, as if I was a child. If I were not being held hostage, I would discontinue business with them. I will as soon as I can.

I do not know where to begin. I walked into the store very upset as I have had many issues with my new phone and had spent a great deal of time talking to customer service. Nick greeted me at the door smiling extended out his hand and asked how I was doing. I informed him that I was upset and he invited me to have a seat and asked me to explain the problem. I told him that I needed to place a call but my phone would not place any calls. He then did something that caught me off guard, He asked if I would like to place that call from his desk phone. After I finished up my call he then handed me a bottle of water and asked if he could take a look at my phone. He spent about 10 minutes and was able to get my phone back to tip top shape. He was so patient and polite. He is truely an asset to the store and will be where I do all my shopping here in the future. Thank you again Nick

Nick Starks is someone who Verizon absolutely needs to not only hold on to but value greatly. In all my experience with customer service and of knowing his/her products...he is by far the best I have ever come across. As long as Nick remains with Verizon in Bennington I will keep coming back!👍👏👏

The inside of the store, is BEAUTIFUL. The Staff were very experienced and helped me with all of my problems. I switched from AT&T very smoothly and even got a few things. I was very worried about switching but they got it done without a problem and were very nice. Definitely going to go back for some more. Thanks Verizon!

Went into the store a few days ago to get a good plan with good service and a better phone. Coral hooked me up. Today the phone acted alittle funny on the screen. Came back in the store to get it looked at and get my tablet that also came in today. Even tho Coral was swammped with people she was kind and updated me on when she believed she would be able to help me out. Girl needs more credit for what she does and goes through at that store. Absolutely love this Verizon Wireless store. They work with you. And do their absolute best in order to help you with your device. They try to give you the best deal without it costing you an arm and a leg. I highly recommend that you go here and ask to talk to Nikolaus or Kaity. And Kaity is the assistant manager. She is awesome. And nice.

Terrible service. They were also being very rude to my Dad and Mom while we were in the store looking for 2 phones. But then the worker was just giving us very bad service and made me and my family walk out of the store. And she gave us so much attitude that we couldnt stand it.

This company is a scam! They sent me 3 Bills one equaling out to be almost 900$ for a week and a half of service and told me I was on the unlimited plan for 60 a month the extra fees were just activation. I payed almost 600$ down in the store for my phone the service was the worse the sales team will tell you anything for a sale the manager is disrespectful and rude if you have a problem at this location dont expect it to be resolved I ended my contract with them with in the 14day policy because of how I was treated and the issue with not having service when corporate sent me back to the store for my money back the manager megan called the police and put a no trespassing on me because she knows she made an error and I called corporate did I mention they are not verizon they are a 3rd party selling verizon product?? All in all I have been dealing with corporate who has helped me resolve this issue do not go to this location on main st or the price chopper plaza location if you are trying to be treated in an ethical way. This company is a scam RUN RUN RUN!!!

Sales people can really suck to work with sometimes but this store is really good. After talking with Nick Starks i can say that good customer service does still exist.
