Got our large work truck stuck in the middle of nowhere in some real soft mud. The guys over at Mike’s came out as fast as they could and got us out of trench, almost as fast as we got in it. All for a great price.Great service and great people10/10 recommend

Had the misfortune of having a sick truck this winter. However, due to a horrific storm, they were unable to flat-bed it to the garage I chose. Plus they were swamped with calls. Mikes worked with me to make it happen.The steep driveway was sheer ice despite the layers of sand. The driver made multiple attempts to back-up the drive and it was too dangerous, and rightly so. But the owner came over specifically, with a wrecker, that afternoon, to safely get the truck to the bottom of the hill- so that the flat-bed could take it the following day. I was grateful. The friendly driver was then able to take it the next morning! Very polite and professional owner and the dispatcher. There was great communication between his company and myself. Would use Mikes again! Thank-you so much!!

Wasnt the owner but one of his workers was rude, complaining about his boss, and then cracked my front bumper, and in addition sctarched the paint all under the front bumper. The paint is rare and expensive and i doubt i will ever get a matching bumper again. Very upset and will update when resolved

The only thing about this place is that the GPS doesnt give you the right directions. The place is open and easy to find your car, people are friendly and care.

Why cant I give them 0 stars?The driver told us that the route we wanted to take would take us 89 miles out of the way and that another route would be shorter. His route ended up being 93 miles, and when I checked on Google Maps later when at home the route we wanted to take was 42 miles.When we contacted the company to Request a refund for the difference they stated that their driver claimed we wanted to take the longer route and that we insisted on it even tho he suggested the shorter route. They also stated that it was OUR responsibility to make sure their driver wasnt cheating us.Luckily I use my credit card and was able to dispute the charge and won, since they did not respond. Likely due to the certainty they would lose the battle when it was shown their shorter route took us in the opposite direction of where we wanted to go.

Great rates and fast service. Personable employees, too

I was surprised to see anyone rate them badly! My radiator blew up, and they carried the car 32 miles away to the service station. They knew enough not to follow GPS directions (the GPS lies!) and came over in below-zero temps late on a Saturday afternoon. Im really grateful to them.
