Working remotely and I knew I was in trouble when my old charger broke off and was literally stuck in my old computer... threw a Hail Mary and called E-Enable... not only were they friendly, they had me fixed (with a new charger) in under 2 hours... (just in time for my next zoom meeting)Vacation was saved and more snow is now in my future.
Ron and April are incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. Theyve been doing IT work for over a year for the company I work for, and have fixed a lot of issues, helping to simplify some of the messy behind-the-scenes issues wed been having.
A few months ago I brought in my laptop and received quick service. After being told my laptop was fixed, I returned to pick it up, only to realize later on that it was a deteriorating problem that could not be fixed. I told them that the problem had not been corrected and although I know they put work into trying to solve the problem, I was not charged.Overall, I was very happy with my service and thought it was good of them to not charge me even after they had put work into my laptop.
I really do not like to leave a unrealistic review so ill just tell you all what happened to me... I called and talked to a gentleman that told me to bring my laptop by and he could get it up and running again by morning...I dropped the computer off and waited for his call the next morning.... I never received a call so I called the company back.. I talked to 3 different people that all told me the laptop would be up and running by 3:00pm.. I drove up to get the computer and the owner told me I had some kind of drive problem that he could not fix at the time... I had a meeting with a customer that I had been in contact with for a month that I called and had to cancel the meeting with because I would not be able to have the necessary documentation to share with him via my laptop... AFTER I cancel my meeting the first gentleman I talked to walks by me and looks at the laptop and tells me he has everything up and running with in less than 1 minute after I cancel my meeting.... This made me look like a fool... AND cost me a good customer...
