My son got a great haircut today! They fit us in their busy schedule. Don’t use the Google book an appointment process as they do not get the notice.

They were told to take an inch of the top and not only did they do it more than an inch but they nearly took it all off. Never go here if u want a half way decent haircut.

Its up to you sometimes good cutters sometimes bad i would rather not because me and my brother sometimes would end up getting a bowl cut sometimes it was okay but usually not good i havent been there in three years and i dont plan on coming back any time soon i would rather go to someone else

Completely unprofessional, took only 10minutes and my hair ended up looking like a wet mop, would not recommend.

I have my very long hair cut and layered with about 6inches off! And on top of that I had highlights!! Noelle was my hair dresser and she did an absolutely fantastic job!! I highly recommend them 😍

Pour job. Dont expect a great hair cut. It was done in 5 min. Didnt even blow off after right. Ive left the place all covered with hair on my shoulders and ears etc.

If I could do zero stars I would. I came in with photos of what I was looking for. It was a partial highlight with a nice bright blonde. Simple right ?!2.5 hours later, my hair is a mess. Bronze blonde patches all over, the color blonde I had shown the hair dresser is no where to be found, with several areas left untouched, completely missed.I had then asked to speak to the manager after being told it was going to be another hour and a half. The manager was completely unprofessional, and basically told me it is what it is. I asked her if she would be quicker and she stated she would not be and doesn’t know what is going on. Great answer. Not once did she try to make it right, not once did she apologize. She then ran into the back and hid until the next client came in, which she was quick to grab.She then was laughing joking that her coworker was money hungry, as she kept taking clients rapidly. Sounds to me like the manager was money hungry and wouldn’t take the time to make it right for a customer, but yet had time to keep taking people in her chair.Completely unprofessional management, and undertrained staff. I wouldn’t send my enemy to get their hair done here. On the 5 hours I was here it was primarily men getting their hair cut and now I know why!I had called studio 210 prior to coming and they were booked out for a month. I should of taken that for a warning, I see where females go for color and cuts and I now know why!!I never write poor reviews but this was the worst experience I have ever had, period. Side note my dresser was very professional and polite and kept her composure, Just needs more training on how to do highlights.

This place not only messed up my daughters hair but my sons as well. I saw my brother a few weeks later and his simple fade hair cut was uneven and terrible looking. They used to have great stylists at the bennington location, I dont know what happened. Not only that, but $54 for 3 simple cuts? Thats outrageous. Needless to say, they will not have my business again.

We called at 9am to make appointments for 3:30 pm we arrived 5 minutes early and they took 2 people in who were sitting there when we walked in. I asked one of the women working why she didn’t take us back since we had appointments, she said they don’t do appointments just call a heads. This was a total waste of time, they could have told us on the phone and we would have went somewhere that actually honors appointments!!! Rude and unprofessional don’t bother!!

Worst haircut of my life! Im always so scared to let new people touch my hair and I re-learned why. I went in and a blonde girl with glasses was cutting my hair. I asked for a tiny trim and layers. She literally cut HALF of my hair, so the right side is above my shoulders, and left the left side with no layers. It literally looks like someone took scissors and cut a chunk of hair off my right side. Its uneven, and looks like I let a 5 year old go to town on one half of my head. Waste of money & im pissed I tipped her 20% before I realized how bad it was. NEVER AGAIN.

They told me to come at 230 to get my hair cut I got there there were people still waiting from 2 clock apt witch I would have to wait another half hour very bad Appointment time very bad management skills unprofessional to make an appointment and then have Some one wait an extra hour after their appointment time never agin will I go there
