We were camping at Woodford State Park, and I managed to back my car up, not once but twice, into a ditch at the campground. Kevin Cooney came and towed us out. He did a fantastic job, and took his time to figure out the best way to get the car out without any damage. He was professional, fast and thoughtful. I dont live in the area, but if I did, this would be my service center of choice!

I cant recommend this business highly enough! They saved our butts and were helpful, honest, and caring! Our truck died en route to Maine while towing our pop-up camper 6 miles outside of Bennington. Our insurance contacted this station for the tow. We werent sure what to do with our pop-up. Didnt want to leave it by the side of the road. The driver Ray, contacted the owner Tom and he offered to let us set up the pop-up on a grassy area in front of their garage. Ray then came back and towed the camper to the spot and we had a place to stay for the night. BTW this happened on a Sunday when the business was not open. But wait, it gets better! Tom the owner came by the garage later to do something and while he was there, ran the diagnosis on the truck - on a Sunday! The truck had restarted and Tom suggested that we take it for a drive to see if it would run w/o quitting again, and it did. Seems it was a fluke since we were able to leave the next morning and made it to Maine and back to Rochester w/o any further incident. When we asked Tom how much we owed him, he said, Dont worry about it. The doughnuts we dropped off before leaving were just a small thanks for Toms kindness and generosity. And thanks to Ray for helping us solve the camper issue.

Words cannot describe how efficient and no-nonsense my experience was. Peter is a wonderful person to do business with and I appreciated his dry wit. Evan was so speedy and kind replacing my battery and answered all questions I had! 1000% where I am going to go from now on.

We are from out of town and heard weird noises from underneath the car. They got us in quickly, found the problem, and got us back on our way. Very friendly, respectful, and helpful.

This company was amazing with helping pull my truck off of a Boulder in some very nasty snow and ice without causing any farther damage. They showed up knew exactly how to manavuer the vehicle and not to mention it was on an ice Hill! I highly recommend anybody who needs any type of help call this company first, very professional, friendly and good at what they do!

We had a case popping up with potential problems, gave it to All Service Citgo... Problems arose, as they always do lol. But they went for it and stayed on the job until we got everything under control.

My car broke down 5 hours from home on a holiday weekend :(. These guys were willing to work on my car holiday or not and did what they could so I could get home! Love the guys that work there . Tom the owner, is always smiling and happy to help. Great service, great work, and honest. I have referred friends to All Service, on several occasions. One woman was worried about where to take her BMW to get worked on- I sent her to Tom, and now she too is happy to recommend them.!

They may be a little rough around the edges but they wont BS you. Theyll fix whats needed without trying to add a bunch of extras. Always satisfied with their work and prices. They also handle U-Haul rentals.

Recommended by AAA. These guys are great. I will definitely return.

I arrived in Bennington from my place in Maine, and I needed something done in a hurry. I walked into this shop a stranger and left a friend. The owner summarized, Thats what teamwork can do, prior to jesting that theyre actually a Nascar/Indy pit crew. Id not put it past them. These guys worked lickety-split, as a team, to get me back on the road. The AAA sign gave me the confidence to try them before other shops in town, and I am glad I did. Im a litigator, so my time is measured in six-minute intervals of high value, and I dont have time to mess around or go back and get things done right. I will be taking cars here for bigger jobs when in town again, and recommending it to others. Excellent work, and great customer service to boot.

Big thanks and appreciation to the techs at Citgo in Bennington! Especially Subaru guru, Andy Myers. My Subaru Impreza lost some of its giddy-up on Route 9 as I headed into Bennington for funeral services and family reunion of sorts. When I pulled into Bennington there was smoke coming out from the front of my car. Oh boy. This was on a chilly Friday afternoon at 4:30 and I was concerned theyd be too booked to take in my car. Yet they fit me in and still worked on the vehicles they had in their bays (talk about time management and order of operations, what a team!). Andy located the problems and made a point to show me what was happening under my cars hood and what to do upon my return to Maine. He was friendly, clear, and respectful -- he clearly has expertise in Subarus and solved mechanical mysteries that got by other techs for way too long. My car is running the best it has in a long time for which I am grateful. I felt safe and sound heading back over Route 9 on Sunday. Yes!

Our car started screeching while we were visiting the area, so we called AAA and they sent a tow truck from All Service Citgo and I am so glad they did. Everyone went above and beyond to help us. We got many recommendations of places to walk to while we waited for our car to be serviced. The service was faster than we expected and all of the employees were very friendly. They found a small pebble that had gotten in one of the brakes that caused the horrific screeching. They ended up not charging us (even though we tried to convince them to let us pay) since it was an easy fix and they even saved the pebble for us. We are moving to the area soon and they certainly won my business for years to come!

My vans electrical system was unable to function and I had Tom come and tow it to his shop on a Sunday. I had to get home that night up in Burlington and Tom reassured me things would be OK. With no rental shops open and few mitels to choose from I was feeling pretty down. When we got the shop Tim unloaded my van took a look and did so. He tested with his meters and figured out the connection problem. Tim fixed my electrical system and had me on my way in about 30 minutes. I was very pleased to get home after being away for five days to see my wife and two little girls. Thank you so much Tom.

Small town gas station. Id prefer to pump my own but the guy was nice and they had a bathroom.

Full service station, fair prices for tow and auto repairs, plus you can rent a U Haul.

Needed a tow truck to pull our delivery van out of a tight spot. Peter had two guys onsite in 30 minutes and had the situation resolved inside of an hour of the call. Very professional and very responsive. Thanks guys.
