Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a dealership. Salesman was not personable or friendly at all. I only got half decent treatment after the check was in their hand. They didnt deliver on their promise to check the back tire on the car. Tire went flat after I parked at home. I called and told them. They showed no concern at all. I had to buy new tires. Terrible service!

Terry was courteous, helpful, and professional. Real nice folks that work there.

They fixed what I needed on my vehicle and got me back on the road so I can go home to my family I cant thank them so much for getting me home to my boy.☺️

Asked for tires to be rotated and balanced due to bumpy riding. Found the problem. Back passenger tire was warped. Purchased a new tire that was balanced and that was it. None of the other tires were touched. Scheduled an appointment for 2PM and was seen at 2:45.

I just had the best auto buying experience ever. I’ve been looking for a car in Charleston, Charlotte and Florida. I knew what I wanted and the vehicles value. I found a possible one at Meggs. I’ve never been there before and it was 2.5 hours away from my home. Hubie was very helpful and professional over the phone, assured me there were no hidden fees (unlike the 2200.00 hidden extra in east Charlotte) and put it in writing.My wife and I took a ride, liked the car, and made a well informed reasonable offer. I dealt with both Mark and Hubie who were honest and wanted to get a deal done as much as I did. We quickly agreed on a fair price, and they got me out the door without trying to sell me things I didn’t want.I would but all my cars from these guys if I could. Move to Charleston, boys. I’m telling all my friends about the great experience..

Meggs is the BEST! My mom just bought her second vehicle from them today, from the same salesman that she purchased from before. His name is Mark Stubbs. THIS salesman is friendly, courteous, and treats you like a friend, not like someone thats just looking to buy a car. Allot of other car salesmen could take a lesson from Mark. He knows how to treat a customer! Even the staff of Meggs is always friendly and courteous. When it comes to car dealers for purchasing a car, or having mechanical work done, Meggs is the BEST! I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!

These folks do all of my maintenance and tire work. Honest, courteous, and prices are very reasonable.

Got a great deal on a nice vehicle, but given the fact that I stay in North Carolina, the process of getting the paperwork taken care of has been a hassle, a 2 month ordeal, in fact. Which may result in possibly having to pay late fees to the NC DMV, not to mention the time I had to take off from work, having to collect the paperwork needed in order to complete the process of surrendering my existing tag instead of dealing with a tag transfer.
