Is there anything higher than 5 stars? Im always satisfied with the service the A&S Chem-Dry technicians provide, but I must admit that Nicholas is an outstanding technician. You can immediately see that he takes his job seriously; and his attention to detail is incredible. I will ALWAYS call on A&S Chem-Dry for their superior service, and I hope everyone finds out how great they are.

I am changing my review because of the two technicians that came to my house today. They did a great job and were quick but efficient.I have scheduled two appointments to have my matress cleaned and both time nobody showed up and nobody called me to reschedule. This is two days I waited at my house all day for someone to show up. I cant give feedback on their services because I hage yet to get any and just get forgotten on scheduled appointments like my time has zero value. Not happy with this type of customer service and really bummed that it has now been at least two months since I put in the request and its probably very unlikely the stains will come out of my matress.

A&S cleaned my couches and carpets. They arrived on time and ready to work! The technician was very professional and went over everything with me before he started. I ended up upgrading my cleaning to the Healthy Home due to the fact that I have terrible allergies and boy was I impressed! Scheduling was easy and they offered me the same week. Will use them again for sure!

Usually these guys are my go-to place for carpet cleaning, their last visit left a lot to be desired, late (twice), hard to communicate with on site staff due language barriers, and an incorrectly written invoice. 3 stars because I have had very good service from them in the past this last visit was a mess.

I recently moved my family to American Canyon from TX. We arrived to find the the landlord did not clean the carpets or tile in the house we leased. We called A&S and they were there the next day. We had the Healthy Home package which included sanitizer & protectant since we wanted the house to be as clean as possible for our kiddos! WOW! the carpets are around 15 years old and looked brand new after A&S cleaned them! Will definitely reccomend and rebook!

Every time I get my carpet cleaned by a&s they do a excellent job.. I’ve been getting my carpet cleaned by them for the last 4 years..

Was referred to A&S Chem-Dry by my insurance company for upholstery for my car carpet since spilled coffee. I contacted their corporate office, requesting that they can send a technician to the dealership to clean the interior before I serviced my car engine and suspensions. Was told that it take up to 3 day for the technician to contact me, then I can set up an appointment for the cleaning. I let her know that Im not going to let my car sit there at the dealership waiting for their technician to call me. Im going to have the dealership fix my car, just that I dont know how long it will take for the dealership to fix the car. She replied, then wait for our technician to contact you and then set up an appointment or call back us when the car is done.... How about this, Ill have the dealership clean the interior and Im NOT GOING TO DO BUSINESS with A&S Chemdry!Call my insurance and let them know that I dont want A&S Chem- Dry to touch my car.

October 1, 2016: The guy that just did my carpets was Danny. The hoses were leaking & there was water all over the hardwood floors. In additon to this the hoses were filty and that is how my hardwood floors look now. He left the carpets soaking. This process is only supposed to take a couple of hours to dry BUT it is going to take days.I have used the CHEM-DRY service before but Danny did not do the same job as his predecessors. He did not vacumn nor clean the baseboards. He did not rake the carpet after either.October 2, 2016: the carpets are still soaked. we have been unable to move the furniture back into the bedrooms.
