I booked an appointment with Jeremy directly, as my 9 year Son was in desperate need of a haircut, especially since he was a ring bearer for a family member’s wedding. My Son has autism and adhd so his needs are very particular. The shop was cute, clean and comfy, with each stylist having their own room that they work in. The first thing Jeremy did was assess his hair, like the cowlicks, etc, so we can choose a cut that worked with how his hair will fall naturally and thus how it would best to style it. He took his time, he really related to my Son, and within minutes my Son was comfy and they chatted through the appointment. He was so careful and explained everything he was doing to my Son so he understood what’s going on. Usually with my Son, he just cannot hold very still and most of the time we would leave barber shops with small pieces of uncut hair throughout his head. That was not the case here. He was so precise and detailed around my Son’s ears and back of his head, which is where the aforementioned pieces of uncut hair tended to be. My Son got a fade, he cleaned up the back and sides, while leaving some hair on top to be styled. I was just amazed in how he was able to get the area around his ears done so neatly. Afterward, he showed me how to style his hair, due to the direction that my Son’s hair wanted go. My Son said he felt comfy and that he liked this shop, meaning we will definitely be going back here for future haircuts. My Son’s hair looks amazing and I am very happy with the experience. 5 stars is too low I would make it 10. My two sons have been going here for about a year now and I don’t think that will be changing ever. We are always prepared for picture day. My oldest son has got a bunch of different hair styles at this barbershop such as a perm and dyed tips. I really recommend going to this place all of this workers are fantastic.

This place must be the most amazing thing ever...I went in at 10:30am and was told that they are booked for the rest of the month...I never heard of such a thing...There is even at least 3 other hair places within a block..They are also called Classic Cuts now

This place is really great. The owner has done a great job with renovations and is not only professional but very good at his trade. Hes wonderful with my 5 year old little boy. And the conversation is always pleasant. Thankful we found them.

Love this place. My son wont go anywhere else. James cuts exactly what you ask him for. The place is clean and they do take walk ins. Not sure why previous reviewer said that. We have been going here for over a year. Top notch.

Best haircut for my one son whose hair is impossible to cut well. James does a fantastic job and we love going. Lots of space to sit with kiddos and a large tv to keep those who arent getting haircuts occupied.

Hands down the best barber in Benicia. James gives a quality hair cut at a fair price. Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.
