I am a first time customer of The Shop. I called for maintenance service on my vehicle in which they got me in right away. They called to inform me I have a oil leak, they gave me a quote and it was very affordable. After picking up my fully serviced car they informed me of some great recommendations to keep my vehicle running smooth. I give this place a 10 out of 10 for fast service, and great customer service! I will definitely be back!

I honestly trust everyone here at this shop. He has helped me with either, getting parts and install or allowing me to get the parts myself and still installing them and giving me a great rate on the labor!I use The Shop because Brian and Nathan both take very good care of me and also anyone else I’ve ever seen in there is always friendly, positive and helpful! I’ve never seen any customers upset leaving here either.I bring both of my vehicles here for maintenance and for repairs! I have never had better service with a more friendly staff at an auto shop in my life. I will never trust my vehicles with anyone other than The Shop ever again. From the moment I walked in for the first time they treated me like I was their longest client. Honesty and transparency in the auto industry is hard to come by and The Shop has nailed it. I honestly never write reviews but was so impressed by The Shop I felt the need to spread the word and do everyone a favor so they can find out for themselves why this is by far the best auto mechanic in the Bay Area.

Nathan is an amazing mechanic. He is honest, does excellent work and he and his staff really care about their customers. He has been my mechanic for at least 21 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Plus he is a really nice guy!

Great work, fast appointments. Only problem is, they buy their parts from Auto zone then double charge you for it. Then they add the labor cost as well. If you know what parts you need you can get it for them to install, otherwise I wouldnt trust their pricing on parts.Edit: No Im pretty sure this is the place where I dropped off my car. Not unless there is another place called The Shop on the corner of stone road that gave me an invoice.

For a 45 minutes job, they quoted me 300$ plus parts. total of 500$. Definitely overpriced, Im taking my car to Chris Engine. it feels less of a scam there.
