Very friendly people, good service, and make you feel right at home. They introduce themselves by name and take an interest in earning your business. Additionally, they are an honest shop. Unlike other mechanics, they arent out to make you pay for unnecessary repairs. When I brought my new (to me) truck in for inspection, they checked everything thoroughly, while I was in the waiting area and able to watch them work. Everything that needed attention was physically shown to me on the vehicle by the tech that did the inspection, so that I could see for myself.
